Spark-kit tail swayed back and forth in both excitement and anticipation. He froze as he spotted a shadow cross over the little hole he had dug through earlier. Wiggling his haunches, the orange kitten tensed all his muscled up and then sprung towards the shadow, sheathed paws outstretched as if he were reaching towards a bird. "Got you!" he squealed, although he didn't know if he would actually make contact with Thunderkit or not.

Thunderkit yelped in surprise. He needed to be better at avoiding others launching themselves at him. He wasn't the best fighter, that he knew for sure. Once he'd become an apprentice he'd tried so hard to become better and maybe avoid something once in a while. "Yeah, yowza!" He said and dug out of the snow. "Yeah you got me scared at least all right." Thunderit shook out his pelt. He looked almost pure white with all of the snow on his fur when he actually was a very dark furred cat- quite the amusing sight to see when he shook it all off.

Spark-kit grinned from ear to ear when his "attack" actually managed to hit his target, although he had clumsily fallen onto his tail afterward. The orange kitten watched Thunderkit free himself from the snow in amusement, his eyes widening playfully when the dark-furred tom-kit began to shake the snow from his pelt. "You made it snow again!" Spark-kit cheered, bouncing forward and pawing at the snowflakes Thunderkit had shaken loose from his fur and that were now floating back towards the ground.

Thunderkit laughed at Sparkkit's reaction to the snow falling from his dark, fluffy pelt. "I guess so!" He decided to make a game of it. As Sparkkit was pawing snowflakes back down on the ground where they came from, Thunderkit would fling more snow up into the sky to start the process all over again. It was entertaining to watch most likely from an outsider's perspective but probably not nearly as entertaining as it was to Thunderkit himself. He felt foolish but at the same time he didn't care. He was a kit after all!
