I sat near the warriors' den, washing my face with one paw. It was still leaf-bare: the moons seemed to drag on for ages. But I could still notice a drop in the wind, a reduced harshness in the cold. Even the coughs around camp seemed to recede, though I was no medicine cat. Hearing padding footsteps in front of me, I looked up, flicking my ears. "Hey there." I said.

With leafbare, Crevicelight stared into the openness of the cold and wind, wondering who was even out at this weather. Herself, duh!

Her eyes scanned the area and then spotted a spotted warrior in the distance. Who was it? Crevicelight trotted over, head up high, proud to see another clan member.

"Hi!" she called back with a purr.
