Laurelkit swiped a paw out at the bigger "enemy," and the ducked back before they could strike her. She backed into another "enemy" though, and whipped around to attack that one.

She looks like she's got things under control, Pikepaw thought, hissing in "pain" as he pretended to be struct by an enemy while he was distracted. He continued to fight his way to the entrance, although he made sure to battle with his invisible enemies longer if he found that he was straying too far from Laurelkit--knowing that unseen danger could strike at any moment, as it was already striking at every moment! |
