Laurel nodded, changing the subjecct. "So, what have you learned?" she asked a bit pepily.

Bellpaw sighed at the question that Laurelkit asked next. "Not a whole lot to be honest." He stated. He wanted to get on with his training and learn how to fight better and get to explore the territory, but either his mentor was taking her sweet time or he was going to have to find a new one. "I'm looking forward to when I get to learn how to fight though."

Laurelkit grinned. "Well, I can teach you some of what yyou know. It's probably completely differant than what you will learn from your mentor, but I knew enough to survive out there on my own," she responded. "Hunting's probably more universal though..." her voice trailed off.

Bellpaw tilted his head a little and gave a small smile. "I might take you up on that offer one day." He meowed with a chuckle before he looked up at the sky, noticing that the sun was getting pretty low in the sky. "For now I think I better head to the apprentice den." He stated. "It was a pleasure talking to you Laurel."

Laurelkit's hea ducked when Bellpaw called her Laurel. She hadn't been called Laurel in the clans, and not before really either. Only her father had called her Laurel and he was dead. Laurelkit didn't shoe that it got to her though, and nodded headeding off to the nursery. Normally she wouldn't perfer the tight space, but she did like her own nest at least a little. "See you later then."
