Spiderstar jolted upright. He was sore. His neck felt..weird. Sore, but not hurt, and definitely not right. His whole body felt oddly light, but simultaneously heavier than it ever had before. He looked around and realized he was back in Treeclan. 'Weird, I was just out at the....'. His thoughts trailed off. Memories flooded back. He had gone out alone, a small border patrol. It had been late at night, and he had been bugged about the report of a rogue scent near the Rockclan border. He could have woken up a warrior or two to accompany him. He hadn't.

The large black tabby-tom looked around. It was dark, and he was aware he was inside a den. Several empty beds of moss, except one. A ginger pelt, with soft breathing moving its chest. It took Spiderstar a second, but eventually he realized it was Liongrowl. The medicine den? He tried standing up, but could not. He wasn't paralyzed, but something about moving felt off. It felt heavy, and slow. He looked at his paw, which he was moving, and felt his body flush. It was faded, and almost glimmering. He had seen this before. "Liongrowl." He whispered, panicked, eyes locked on his paw. He managed to get to his feet, slowly.

"Liongrowl...wake up. I need help." Even he could detect the kit-like tone in his voice. He was helpless and confused. He felt pain in his chest, but not necessarily physically. It was dawning on him what happened. The last memories flooding back of that patrol so long ago. 'What happened to me?'

(I don't want to be another leader who just vanished into thin air in order for the successor to take his place. This thread will be the start of my event, my end for my remaining characters. Please, only Liongrowl should reply to this thread. Lion, you heard Spiderstar's voice, and you'll be able to see him. I don't necessarily think you should wake up so much as this should actually be a dream, but idk what difference that might make)

Liongrowl was deep in sleep in a way he hadn't felt like he had slept in forever...

He lifted his head at the call of his name but before responding to the voice he looked around. Same old den that he was used to... now to that voice. The orange tom shifted his gaze from his herbs in the back and towards a cat that stood in his den ... Spiderstar! He looked so confused and concerned it worried Liongrowl greatly. First thing that came to his mind after how did he get here was how can I help? He bounded to his feet swiftly, landing on all four. The other tom in the den managed to make him very curious. Why would Spiderstar be in his den, in a dream? Why him?

He shook his head to flush the thoughts away and began speaking to the other tom, "Spiderstar? What's going on? What do you need?" He sniffed the air and looked over to where Spiderstar was before he got up and began thinking to himself silently about the possibilities but one question remained on his mind that at the time some may say would be dramatic but to him all it was is: Would he be all right? He didn't know and being a medicine cat that wasn't exactly reassuring. He was supposed to help and since Spiderstar needed help he would do all he could as long as he could figure out what was going on with the other tom.

(Okay I tried to stay within the dream like way-ish. Not so sure how I pulled that off but derp there it is ^^")
