Ash Now blind, the large tabby continued as far as she could, knowing she was near the border. Her legs felt weak and she collapsed, knowing in a few days' time, she would have to eat something. I'm done for, she scoffed, half joking, half scared. Blood was caked on her face, at least the remaining part of it, the rest she tried to rub off.

Sky was out to hunt, though the scent of a cats blood, one she recognized as Ash, caught her attention. She had heard of the fight for leadership, and knew Pain had won. She assumed he wouldn't appreciate her talking with the 'enemy', though for now she really didn't care. As Sky approached, she was curious as to just how wounded she was. There was a lot of blood, and a lot could be pinpointed on Ash's face. Although Sky couldn't exactly see the damage that had been afflicted. "Giving up already?" Sky purred, circling the larger cat with a slight grin.

Ash Ash wasn't really paying attention to sounds or smells due to not exactly caring. She considered finding a place to hide for a while, but didn't know if she would make it anywhere. She heard a voice, and she nearly hissed, remembering the voice from before. Ash didn't lift her head, but she flinched at the words. "Doesn't matter," she said with a rough tone.

Sky shrugged her shoulders, tail swaying nonchalantly. "Fine, I guess I'll just leave you to it then. Don't say I didn't try." She began padding away, though she wouldn't really life. It had took her a moment, but the blood was obviously on her eyes. Either she was blind or slightly impaired, but either way Sky didn't have the heart to just leave her.

Ash Ash wasn't completely aware of anything, so she believed Sky was gone. The large tabby attempted to get up, not wanting to show anyone how injured she was, since she thought the other feline was gone. It took her a while, but she propped herself against a rock as she tried to get over being lightheaded.

Sky's ears swivelled as the feline stood, the blood scent only growing stronger. Sky new the basics of taking care of wounds, and she moved back towards her. Backing up again she turned, crouching low to avoid hitting anything as she ran towards a tree she had been by before. She had buried a mouse there, and she was sure cobwebs wouldn't be hard to find. She dropped the mouse in front of her, leaning close to her face. "Can you see anything?" She wouldn't be surprised if she had scared her, but she didn't care. If she wanted to, she could leave her for the birds.

Ash After leaning against the rock for a while, she decided to stay there. She didn't realize Sky was there, until she spoke. Ash's tail flicked a few times before she huffed. "I... I can't really.. it must still be all the blood on my face.." she mewed, knowing her eyes were both struck, but she figured she would still be able to see. The tabby smelt something, mouse? The tabby decided she was hungry enough not to ask, she found it eventually with her nose, and ate at it quickly.

Sky grimaced, sighing loudly. Now would be a good time to abandon her, she had helped enough. She gave her a chance with the food, and even wrapped her wounds up. She knew she couldn't though. "Come on, there's a puddle up ahead." The smell of dirty water was evident, and she was lucky it wasn't frozen. She bent down slightly, pushing up on the felines shoulder to make her stand.

Ash Ash grumbled a bit, but followed Sky's instructions. She was pushed to her feet, and she tried to catch the scent of water. The tabby attempted to use Sky as a guide, rather than walk by herself, knowing she would fall immediately.

Sky moved away from the feline as they reached the puddle, shoving her head down roughly so her nose touched the surface of it. "Clean yourself up." She ordered, sitting down patiently. "Pain got you good, huh?" She couldn't help but smirk at the pathetic failure.

Ash The large tabby sighed, but took the orders. She dipped her paw in a few times, and rubbed her face. That's what she wanted clean the most. At Sky's question, she only grumbled with a twitch of her ear. Once the blood.. she thought was gone, she backed up, still rubbing her face.

"So? Can you see or not?" Sky asked impatiently, sniffing her face warily. She doubted it. Despite this she decided to give the feline the benefit of the doubt, sitting down inches away from her, snout forward.

Ash Ash realized she couldn't exactly figure out what was going on. She almost couldn't move her eyelids, if she still had any. But, nothing could come into her sight, but she kept trying to 'open' her eyes. The tabby growled, "Can't see anything..." she mumbled.

Sky fell back with a low growl of annoyance. Great. Now she had made herself responsible for another blind cat. She could barely take care of herself. What would she do with her anyways? If she went back into Deathclan they would both be killed, but Sky wasn't willing to leave her officially permanent home for a stranger. She didn't say anything for a moment, hesitant on her decision. "Whats your plan now?" She questioned, though she doubted this cat had one.

Ash Ash thought for a bit, "I.." she hesitated, knowing she didn't have anything specific. "I need to settle down... get strength I guess.." The tabby sighed, knowing she can't go to far alone, and couldn't go back into DeathClan.
