First Pawprints {p--Acacia}

[Nightpaw]

i knew the territory had new landmarks, but i thought they were just added to the description/prey-you-can-hunt post. i almost screamed when i saw the awesome new places, so here's the first step into this cool place!





The lake splashes gently against his paws. Soft birdsong in the distance, patches of herbs nearby, and the sun setting in the distancs. Honestly? This was probably the most beautiful place in TreeClan's territory.

Nightpaw hummed, content just relaxing here and letting the waves lap at his paws. The water was a little chilly, but it was nothing that gave him too much discomfort, as it was only his claws being frozen.

At the sound of rustling behind him, Nightpaw peered his head back curiously. "Oh-- uh, wait, is that...?" he said aloud to himself, shock rippling through his pelt as Acacialight appeared. "A-Acacialight! Oh, uhm, hello! I-I haven't seen you in a long time!" he stammered.

(I know, I love that they added the landmarks so it will be easier for me to rp in the territory because now I know where the cats are going)

Acacialight hadn't been a warrior for very long. The she-cat wanted to go for a walk, just to clear her head. The she-cat stepped into the water, the waves lapping at her paws. She tapped the water with a paw, wanting to make a small splash. Sure only kits and young apprentices did that but the tabby was still young and no one would judge her if she fooled around a bit.

Her eyes soon fixed on a familiar pelt, a pelt she could never forgot. "Nightpaw is that you? I haven't seen you for a while!"

Nightpaw nodded quickly, although he felt a little better that Acacialight seemed happy to see him. For a moment, he wondered if the warrior would have turned and fled before Nightpaw could start a real conversation. "Y-yeah, how have you been?" he asked politely.

Acacialight smiled a bit. "Good, hoping to see my sister soon. I hope she didn't disapear again." The brown and white tabby sighed. She was excited to see her sister again and she was excited that Nightpaw might become a possible friend. "How about you, what have you been up to lately."

(Honestly I don't really know, I haven't checked yet)

Oh-- a sister? Nightpaw tried to recall Acacialight mentioning having one. Hmm... ah, he remembered now. She hadn't talked about having one before, but Nightpaw had experienced a run-in with Acerolapaw one day on his walk. She was spunky and funny, or at least tried to be with great effort, but all in all a decent cat. Save for the onslaught of questions fired at Nightpaw to test just how smart he claimed to be.

Nightpaw laughed softly at that. "Acerolapaw, right? I've met her once... rather recently." he murmured with a shrug. "Er, not too recently. Just-- well, uhm, recent enough... ah... yeah."

The spotted tomcat shrugged at the question. "Mostly just exploring the territory. I-I've been trying to get enough courage to explore those Twoleg ruins someday soon." he admitted sheepishly.
