[Egretkit]

Eclipsekit was a part of a family with many many kits, so it was easy to understand that her mother could spend much time with her. The tuxedo kitten didn't really care, not one bit. She only needed herself, that's what she thought. 

Eclipsekit stumbled out of the nursery, scanning her surroundings. She huffed. "This place is boring. There's less to do around here than in the nursery." The tuxedo commented before staring up into the sky.

the tiny kitten had been wandering around the camp mindlessly, as had been the norm ever since fallenpaw's apprentice ceremony. so when her perked ears had caught a fellow kit's voice, she had bounded over, excited at the prospect of a new friend. now that her twin was gone, she was lonely, and, well, this she-kit was as good a candidate as any. 
"no it's not!" she protested, her pale brown eyes wide in an almost manical way. "the camp is awesome! you can... watch warriors, and eat fresh-kill, and talk!"

Eclipsekit narrowed her eyes slightly at the newcomer. The tuxedo had no interest in making friends, friends would always eventually leave you forever. She scoffed when the other kit spoke before fake coughing. "Those are exactly the reasons why the camp is boring." Eclipsekit commented rolling her eyes.

"All of that stuff gets boring after a while and then what do you do? That's why something interesting should happen." The kitten spoke. 

[Littlepaw]

littlekit flopped down beside eclipsekit, her eyes still gleaming in that lunatic way. "the camp isn't boring," she insisted. "i mean, everything gets boring after a while. that's why i make my own entertainment," she added, still a hint of indignation to her tone. "it's kinda hard when you're one of the older kits, though," she told her. "you're expected to be responsible, and all that."

she reached for a scrap of moss behind eclipsekit, her nimble paws shaping it into a makeshift ball, and held it up to the black-and-white kit. it wasn't her greatest creation, but she was still proud of it. quickly, she took it in both paws, before throwing it with all her might at the closest cat besides eclipsekit. 
"see?'

Eclipsekit turned away, ignoring the other kit. "Still boring, I've played games before but they all got boring." She muttered curling her tail around her white paws before narrowing her eyes. "Anyone can make a mossball." The tuxedo kitten rolled her eyes at Littlekit.

"Is this seriously all you do."

littlekit kept smiling, hoping to sway eclipsekit yet. "then play a new one!" she said, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. her tail flicked around her, and she tucked her paws beneath her, eyes wide. "not just anyone," she grinned. "you have to be an expert, a master of craftsmanship." both their eyes were narrowed, but for different reasons; hers were slitted with concentration as she reached for another scrap of moss, deftly shaping it into a ball. "see? a perfect sphere?"
that wasn't the most accurate description, but it was certainly a, well, sphere.

Eclipsekit shook her head. "Inventing isn't really my thing." She commented dryly. The tuxedo kitten frowned at her smile. Eclipsekit hated when other cats smiled, in her opinion it was weird. 'I must be the only kitten who doesn't smile.' She grumbled to herself. 

"Whatever, I'm not gonna be a 'master of craftsmanship', you can but not me." The tuxedo kitten watched quietly, not saying a word. "Wow congrats, you made a sphere. That's very amazing." She remarked sarcastically.
