Greif, birdheart realized, is a powerful thing powerful enough to make the whole world grey and sad, no matter what. She always belived greif was something that you could feel when someone died, that wasn't true. Grief is felt when one is no longer in the presence of another. And she was without the presence of her mate of her son and her other children chose not to be in her presence. So she came here every sunset hopeing, praying, crying for her child or her beloved Thunderfox to return to her. She waited on that hill every day surrounded in a sea or dandelions wating for a sign or something to keep her from dying of heartbreak. Today was no different the white and black small she cat waited the sun was almost fully set at this point. her big ears were drooping constantly these days her amber eyes were dull and bleak framed with dark circles. Frostedsky was tired.
At least she didn't have to take care of many kits anymore because most of her little ones had been made apprentices. The brown and white tabby sighed and padded towards the Dandelion Hill. It was a beautiful place but Frostedsky didn't care. She only went there once in a while to clear her head from thoughts about her family.
Personally Frostedsky missed her family more than anything. She hadn't seen Stormsong, her beloved brother in moons. She hadn't talked with Hazelblaze since apprenticeship and the tabby hadn't seen Amberpaw in a while. She knew that Foxpaw was still here but she never really talked to him. Her father, Thunderfox who she had haven't seen since she was a kit never came back. She doubted that he ever would return.
A scent entered her nostrils, one that she recognized. Her icy blue eyes fixed on a she-cat, one that looked exactly the same as her very own mother. "Birdheart?"
(I'm sorry for the really long post, I have so much muse for this thread. You don't have to make yours this long)

Frostedsky looked at her, a slight smile on her face but then it faded away. 'Let go of old grudges.' The tabby told herself before sighing. "Hi mom, have you seen any of my siblings around."
(My replies will be short since I need to reply to a bunch of threads, sorry about that)

Frostedsky looked at her mother. "You spoke to Foxpaw? How is he?" She asked before answering her mother's question. "I'm fine. Umm you have grand kits now."
