Egretkit

It was the middle of the night and Crowkit couldn't sleep. He was bored. Sleep wasn't interesting and given that he was awake right now... He'd have to find entertainment. He picked a random kit from the various kittens sleeping in the den, a kit he didn't know. He'd found a spider crawling on the walls of the nursery, and had it in the palm of his paw. He carried it to the unknown kit. 

The kitten had been sleeping on their side, so he dropped the spider onto their ear. Then he took a forepaw and shoved the spider into the kitten's ear. Or, at least he tried to. He wondered if this would be sufficient to wake the kitten.

Eclipsekit had been sleeping, peacefully and quietly. Not even a small mew was heard from the tuxedo kitten. But then something starting tickling her ears, her eyes suddenly blinked open. "What's going on." Eclipsekit' ear was still being tickled by the small hairy legs of the spider as it crawled around.

She narrowed her eyes at the nearest kitten. "What did you do." The she-kit snapped before shaking her head to try to shake the spider of of her ear.

Crowkit looked thoroughly unimpressed by the lack of reaction from the kitten he'd stuck a spider into the ear of. He yawned. "Wow. That was decidedly boring." He replied lazily. "I thought you'd have a stronger reaction. Are you an anomaly in that regard, or are you average?" He asked.

Eclipsekit narrowed her eyes.

"Three words." She muttered. "I. Don't. Care." The tuxedo she-cat shoke her head again, hoping the spider would come out this time. The tiny creature was really bothering her. "Why should I give you the reaction you want."

Crowkit shrugged. "In the end it's not about what I want. I'm just curious." He tilted his head. "I still want to know if you're an anomaly or not." He yawned. "If you won't tell me, I'm just going to do it to every kit in this nursery until I get my answer."

Eclipsekit shrugged.

"Your not getting any answers out of me." She muttered before narrowing her eyes. "Then do that, I don't care about other kits." The tuxedo kitten wanted to sigh in relief when a spider finally crawled out of her ear.

Crowkit tilted his head. "I'll take answers from you, whether you like it or not. You're actually telling me quite a bit." He claimed. He found this she-kit a bit boring, but she did provide a sort of entertainment... Not preferred, but he'd take it. "So, you won't stop me? That's nice."

Eclipsekit wanted to go back to sleep. She thought that she was wasting time talking to this other kitten. The tuxedo she-cat narrowed her eyes until they were slits. "Nah, I don't care about the other noisy and annoying kittens."
