(for Rainpaw , sorry it took so long! and tell me if you want it to be private) Snakekit groaned at the entrance of the nursery. It was the middle of the day and most of the cats of the clan were napping or out of the camp. The red brown kit was unaware of the move that was coming soon. For now, he was just annoyed that he had no one to play with. It was a great, sunny day of new leaf and no one seemed to be as excited as he was. Now that the snow had melted, he could participate in so many new shenanigans!

"Is something the matter?" Rainkit heard a groan, and padded over to the kit from whom it came from. Unfortunately, Rainkit was very serious in regular conditions, and knowing that RockClan was leaving their home only made her more stressed out.
Still, she wanted to help in whatever way she could, and that including making her clan-mates feel better. "I'm Rainkit." She added, introducing herself in a friendly tone.

Snakekit's eyes rose to her level. "I'm so bored." He rose to his feet. "But you can remedy that." He grinned, stretching and wiggling his legs as he spoke. The kit looked at the other up and down, trying to think of ways to antagonize her. For now, she seemed too nice. "Have you ever played chase?"

"No, I haven't." Rainkit said cautiously. She didn't mention that she didn't particularly care for playing games, as it seemed that Snakekit had his heart set on doing so. "How do you play?" She asked, tense as she waited for the answer, anticipating for the tom to show her, rather than tell her.

Snakekit jumped into a playful position. He unsheathed his claws and smirked. "You run, I catch you." His tail wagged in glee. He took a few steps back. "I'll even give you a head start." Snakekit really hoped that Rainkit wasn't a kill joy like some of his brother's were.

Rainkit noted Snakekit's unsheathed claws, but said nothing. As long as he didn't catch her, then she would be fine. Rainkit hesitantly took a step, and then darted in the other direction, her paws skidding against the soft moss beneath her.

Snakekit was filled with genuine joy when she began to run from him. He sprinted after her, but she seemed to be just a few tail lengths faster than him. He growled in frustration, wanting to catch her badly. He tried to pick up speed.

Rainkit wasn't exactly a fast cat, she was more bulky, and very intelligent. She attempted to outmaneuver Snakekit, which started out well, but she eventually stumbled over her paws, giving Snakekit the opportunity to catch her.

(hope you don't mind :3)
Once again, I had somehow managed to sneak past Brackensky's watchful eye and, once again, I was minding my own interest and interrupted in a rather disruptive way. By my sibling. The brown kitten and his friend had been racing around camp for a good few minutes, and I had been watching them with a sort of disinterest, when they had come straight for me. I toppled over, dust billowing up around my skinny body. I stood, shaking out my spiky pelt, before glaring at the both of them.
"Watch where you're going," I huffed, my tail twitching impatiently as I waited for them to continue with their reckless 'chasing' -- far from me, of course.

Snakekit had her in a leap-able distance and his excitement grew. He was ready to jump when she maneuvered, trying to trick him. He hesitated and stumbled on his own paws as well. Instead of keeping on running like Rainkit, he tripped on his own legs and fell face first. Snakekit didn't get up.

"Whoops, sorry.." Rainkit apologized, glancing over at the kit who was mewling her complaints loudly. She sympathized with the she-kit, Rainkit herself didn't enjoy when other kits were being rambunctious and trampling on her. "We'll try not to bother you."
Turning her attention back to the game, Rainkit was relieved to find that Snakekit had failed to seize the opportunity of catching her. She often changed directions, trying to confuse him as she ran. At one point, she spun on the pads of her paws, and tried to dart right past him, getting cocky.

Ignoring Saltkit, he laid still in his defeated position. He would only engage in conversation with his brother if the other kid acted on his words. When Rainkit attempted to jet past him, he attempted to leap on her. Paws were going in every direction and he was ready to catch her.
