Hello IceClanners,
You might've noticed how we have completely revamped the staff team in IceClan. This has been done to improve your experience in the Clan. Hurt? Active med cats will be there to heal you. Want to roleplay with a queen who's your characters mother/adopted mother? The queens I'm sure would gladly love to. Want to cause a bit of drama with your character, in character punishment? Reprocussions? Report something to the higher authorities? The leader and deputy are here to act.
Now, we've got active staff, what else could possibly help IceClan get some activity and become a bit more lively? A plot. A mix between cats trying to take charge with all the sudden changes in IceClan, as well as a bit of trouble for IceClan ahead. Leaf bear has been trouble, but green leaf is soon on it's way. But till the weather gets warmer IceClan seems to be struggling. Fallenstar wants to move the Clan further down the mountain to provide the Clan with more territory to work with. But with this idea in mind comes risks!
IceClan is lucky because twolegs would be less likely to visit any mountains. But if IceClan's deciding to move down that would possibly cause a whole lot of trouble for IceClan. There seems to be mixed feelings within IceClan about the new leader and the rest of his newly appointed crew. Some aren't sitting well with the idea that there's all these changes to the territory and the way things are run. Fallenstar's been taking things into his own paws and some aren't feeling like he's doing a very good job.
So, I want you guys out there to pick sides! Group yourselves into the FOR or AGAINST. I want cats beginning to group together to cause slightly mild riots about the things happening in IceClan. Cats will begin taking stands against the leader's decisions. Think of this a bit like a civil war, but not entirely. We aren't exactly trying to run the new leader and the bunch out, but some of the cats surely aren't having what he's dishing out and this will cause lots of issues in the Clan.
I don't mind even having cats plotting to overthrow. There won't actually be anyone succeeding in leading the Clan but I don't mind characters thinking they should be the ones running things! This will cause IceClan to come together as one in the end and decide what IceClan's fate should be but till then this plot entails IceClan moving camp temporarily since the old one was damaged by the avalanche and the rebuilding is taking a lot of effort so they've decided to move where they can start fresh instead. Cats will not agree and cause problems and speak up. Clan meetings not started by the leader will take place and the Clan will temporarily be in a bit of disorder.
Not only does IceClan have to worry about that! But twolegs are noticing more wildcats on the lower part of the mountain and are setting up traps and even looking to hunt with tracking dogs in the lower parts of the mountain. IceClan while struggling with this disorder in the Clan will have to try and function as a unite to keep themselves safe from these threats.
New account, or are new to the Clan? Worried your kit character won't be able to participate much? Worry not! Kits are the biggest target for these humans, so Fallenstar has begun to instruct that kits be taught a little early how to defend themselves. The warrior code says six moons, but it looks like he's insisting things be taught a moon earlier. Surely this will not sit well with most cats. Plus those kits are still far too young to learn!
