I was up with the rising sun. I wasn't a morning person, per say, but sleep wasn't really my thing either. It could get rather boring. So, instead of sleeping in, I had ducked through the camp entrance and left for an early morning walk. The crisp morning air always cleared my head and chased away the sleep, though it wasn't long before the air began to heat up. By the time I stopped to rest, I was sweating. Didn't winter end a day or so ago? I had wondered as I settled down in the shade the covered the banks of the pond. It was true -- the weather wasn't already supposed to start heating up.

A sound grabbed my attention, and I immediately searched for the source of the sound. "Hello?" I called with a blink. Company wouldn't be so bad.

Swanfrost didn't exactly enjoy early mornings. She usually slept in and made up for lost time during the night, though today was different. She had woke up from the heat, and wasn't too happy about it either. Although the heat didn't effect Swanfrost the same it did other cats, considering how thin her almost non existent coat was. She had decided to go out for a bit, which was odd itself. She really didn't get out of camp much.

"Hello." She greeted slowly, large ears pressing against her head. She had never met this cat before, or ever seen her around for that matter. Swanfrost didn't approach, simply standing and awaiting some form of response. She could only expect a rejection, after all she didn't know this cat.
