The sun was setting, casting off the orange and purple light over the plain. Yet despite the dying light, the plain was alive with the smell of fresh scents of prey. A light brown tom wandered through the grass, but almost lazily. It was clear he had eaten his fill already. He looked content, almost like he was born to be out on the plain. He was a king among the tall grass. 
Beast then climbed up onto a rock and sat down, watching the sun set. Who could resist? Certainly not him.

I do not know where I come from, I do not know where I'm going WORDS: 139 rilian had been out in the plains for an easy meal. after she had caught a prairie dog and a mouse, she had had way too much to eat, and the sun was setting. she turned to watch it. it was a beautiful sight, but she liked sunrises better, always, everyday. she liked the feeling that it was a fresh, new day, and whatever happened yesterday was behind her. rilian sighed, then noticed another cat sitting a little ways away. she padded over and sat down a few lengths away from the tom. at least, here, she could still watch the sunset and wait for the cat to say something. I only know, that if I continue, I will not be able to return

Beast looked over in surprise, not expecting to find anyone else in this remote of a location in the plains. But he decided to be friendly. An ally in DeathClan was valuble.
"Hello," He greeted. "Lovely sunset."

"it is a very beautiful sunset, but i enjoy sunrises a bit more." she could feel the warmth slip from the earth and hide. she shivered slightly at the growing coldness. Beast noticed it growing colder as well and shuddered lightly as well. His tail lightly flicked back and forth and he got up and stretched. "The hunting is good here," He said in a friendly tone. "I've been hunting since sunrise. Don't think I've eaten this well in forever."

"i wouldn't be surprised, i ate too much." she took another glance at the violet clouds. "do you want to find somewhere warmer?" I only know, that if I continue, I will not be able to return

He nodded, jumping off the rock to join her. "Sure. It's a little cold here. Oh! I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Beast."

"so do you know any places around here?" she guessed they could climb up a tree or something. they might run around a lot, and they could warm up. she wasn't that cold, but whatever. at least she found someone that was nice to her. "There's an old twoleg monster nearby. It's actually my den for the time being, but if you want to check it out, I'll show it to you," He offered.

Beast smiled and led the way. They eventually came to a worn down green twoleg monster, and it looked like it hadn't moved in years. "Up here!" Beast jumped into the monster onto what was once a seat. There was the smell of fresh-kill somewhere within the monster. Beast's scent was wrapped around the monster. It was definitely his home.

I do not know where I come from, I do not know where I'm going WORDS: 066 rilian jumped into the thing alongside Beast. it was pretty, homey. she loved seeing what other cats called their homes. so far, she'd seen dens, rooms, and monsters.  "wow!" she said, looking around. "this is so cool." I only know, that if I continue, I will not be able to return

He smiled. "Thank you. I don't think that the Twolegs even know it's here anymore. But check out some of the things I found!" He jumped up onto something in between the seats, then latched onto it with his front paws. He pulled and pulled until it finally opened, and he scooched backwards to show her the shiny silver circles inside.

Beast grinned. "I have no idea what they are! But they sure to make a funny sound, huh? They sure are shiny, whatever they are. They have a lot of weird things. I have to admit, I was terrified to approach this place at first but when I realized the monster was dead, I took my chance. Turns out, they're actually pretty nice on the inside."
