Sky was hungry. She usually liked to stay in Deathclans territory, though recently she had been venturing out and about. Deathclan was a good home for now, though one day she planned on living the life of a loner. Less responsibilities, less pointless battles, and less cats. The farm was a good place, it had shelter from bad weather, plenty of mice, big open spaces.... Though she was positive other cats thought the same thing. She was sure she would see other loners around, though for now it seemed unoccupied.
Sky got straight to work, dropping into a low crouch at the scent of mice. It seemed there were a few clumped together in the same area, so she would at least manage to get one. Sky darted forward with unusual speed, easily pinpointing exactly where one of the mice were. She heard a few squeaks as its companions made their escape, her claws latching onto its tail. It squirmed, though she quickly dragged it towards her and snapped its neck. Her pelt prickled as the scent of cat entered her nose, and she whirled around with a hiss, standing over the mouse. |

I do not know where I come from, I do not know where I'm going  rilian took a step back in surprise. she had been looking for a mouse, but they were so easy to catch, that she barely had to move. a cat had drawn her gaze, and she'd walked over to see who it was.

Sky's nose twitches, head angling forward to get a better whiff of the stranger. There was no way of telling how big she was without eyes, but she could usually get a sense of ones emotions. "Why should I believe you?" Sky hissed. She could have simply said that so Sky would lower her guards, that way she could steal it.

Sky paused, thinking. She let out a small snort of amusement, moving away from the mouse and sitting down beside it. "I believe you." She shrugged.

"Yep." Sky stated casually, going as far as to lay down. She didn't really trust the feline, but it was easier if Rilian thought she did. Her ears were perked, and her muscles were slightly tensed, ready for an attack.

She hadn't expected the feline to be so naive. She had the upper hand now, though she had no intentions of doing anything to her. Why would she? Unprovoked Sky could be civil. "What's your name?" She questioned.

"I'm Tyra, but, you can call me Ty if you'd like." Sky responded casually, the lie slipping out of her mouth. If she didn't know any better, even she would beleive it. She had been deacieving others since kithood.

I do not know where I come from, I do not know where I'm going "thats such a pretty name!" rilian said without a second thought. she had no clue that the other cat was lying, and she was too trusting. one day, she would be killed because of it.

Sky beamed. She hid the satisfaction that the naive feline had fell for her lies so easily. "Aww, thanks! It was my mothers mothers name." She easily kept up with the flow, ready to spit out anything she wanted to.

'Ty' let out a soft purr. "What about you? Any specific reason why you were named Rilian?" Sky wasn't exactly sure what she could gain from the feline. She didn't have much to offer. Then again, it was always useful to have someone to lean on when necessary. Perhaps she could gain her trust, that way if she ever needed anything, this cat would get the job done for her.
