Looking down, she thought about her response carefully. She didn't know exactly know why she join this pack, she is an omega. The lowest of the low, an outcast. Why would she risk being part of something like that? Looking at her paw she exhaled. "I never really thought of it." She said shifting her gaze. "It might be, being alone for so long. Not really knowing your purpose, you long for some sort of meaning." She said, her optic landing on his. "It might be a ridiculous answer, but that is the only explanation I can come up with." She said with an shy smile on her lips.

He wasn't sure how to respond but didn't feel as if he could relate. His own reason of being was simply the call of kin and power. More or less a temporal home he didn't plan on staying there much longer the idea of staying with the twisted pack no longer amused him. He flicked a shredded ear "It is ridiculous." He said with a deep throat-ed sound. Realizing the rudeness of his words he added, "Shade. Being an omega is not having a purpose it's the exact oppisite. It demeans and takes away from the wolf."

Shade looked down at her paws, she didn't exactly know what to say. It was strange, but she felt there was a to be found in this pack. She didn't know what yet. And besides, she didn't feel she deserved and less. "You're right." She stated, the pin needles rustled in the chilled breeze. "But I can't help but feel that I will find something here. Though yes this is my first time in a pack, and yes I'm probably going to get myself killed if I slip up." she said with a soft chuckle, "But I don't know.. If I feel there is something for me I'll stay. If not I'll go." she said with a shrug and looked up at Killer.
