Plumpaw stuck her head into the apprentice's den. It felt strange not being in the same den as her littermates. She found the medicine den calming, there was always a pleasant scent of herbs and she had taken to arranging flowers in the patient's nests to that they would look pretty, but it was also very lonely at times. "Swiftpaw !" Plumpaw's blue eyes brightened as she spotted her brother, quickly rushing towards him and nuzzling him.

Swiftpaw was quietly fidgeting as he lay on his back in his nest, sighing at his inability to relax and stay still. It was a bit... Exhausting at times. He immediately sat up when he heard his name called. "Huh?" He grunted softly as he was suddenly nuzzled by his sister, Plumpaw. He quickly perked up though, offering his sister a bright smile. "Hey, Plumpaw!"

"Hiya!" she grinned, giving her brother some space and humming happily, "what're you up too? I haven't had a chance to talk with anyone since the ceremony! It feels so weird not being in the same den as you guys," Plumpaw shimmed a bit in the nest she had taken over, trying to make herself comfortable, "you'll have to tell me all about warrior training! And you'll have to show me around the den! I need to know where everyone's nest is," the curly-furred she-cat grinned mischievously, referring to her littermate's nests.

Swiftpaw was fidgeting in his nest as he listened to Plumpaw's words. "Not much yet! I haven't trained with Firewasp yet, but I'm sure it'll be soon! And it'll be awesome!" He babbled. His tail waved behind him. "Yeah, yeah... That's kind of weird, but it's cool because you're not that that far away! You're still close! Pretty close!" Then his smile became practically blinding. "Yeah! Yeah! And you can tell me about medicine cat training! It'll be really cool to hear about something like that!" Then he stood up and started bouncing around the den, jumping from nest to nest.
"This is Kitepaw's, this is Pipitpaw's, and this is Hickorypaw's!" He said, pointing a nest... Though, he did it rather fast and his pointing was a tiny bit vague...

Plumpaw nodded, "I haven't trained with Honeyfur yet either--but I'm sure we'l both start training soon! Do you think Honeyfur will teach me how to to fight? If not you'll have to! I wanna be the most dangerous medicine cat in all the clans!" she waved her paws around in the air, pretending to attack an imaginary enemy.
"Maybe Honeyfur will let me have a sleepover? You and the others can come over and sleep in the patient's nests!" she grinned, then quickly clarified, "I mean, we don't have any patients in there right now, so I'm sure he wouldn't mind."
The curly-furred she-cat pouted a bit when she wasn't able to fully identify her sibling's nests. She figured that she could just sneak in here some other time and sniff them out. Plumpaw had taken to decorating the nests in the medicine den with flowers, and had wanted to surprise her siblings by doing the same to their nests while they were out training.

Swiftpaw thought something sounded off about wanting to be some sort of... Warrior medicine cat, but the thought soon flew away, blowing through his mind like the chaotic winds that controlled his every action. He nodded fiercely. "Yeah, yeah!" He replied happily, ecstatic at the thought of helping his sister.
Then he tilted his head. "Uh... I mean, I think he'd want to keep them open for hurt and sick cats, right?" He said, managing to keep his thoughts together long enough to address a legitimate concern. "Besides, we don't live that far apart! It's super easy to just go and see each other!"

Plumpaw pouted, "yeah... you're right... do you think we'll all be able to fit in my nest? It's not that big..." the she-cat squinted as she thought, trying to figure out how that would work, "I'd probably just have to come to your guys's den if I wanted a sleepover," she concluded. The curly-furred apprentice nodded when Swiftpaw commented about them not living all that far apart, "I know, but we haven't all hung together in a long time! Maybe we could all go out in the territory together? We could bring mama too! And Daddy!" she bounced a bit at the thought.

Swiftpaw tilted his head. "I don't think so. Plus, I'd probably elbow all of you every 2 seconds..." He admitted sheepishly. He had a strong tendency to toss and turn in his sleep, what with his whole 'can never stop fidgeting' thing. He tilted his head. "Is that allowed? I thought you were supposed sleep in the medicine den!"
He tilted his head. Then he smiled brightly. "Yeah, yeah! That sounds like a great idea! We can all run around and catch rabbits together!" He began to babble. "It'll be really fun to have us all together, catching food for the clan and everything! Plus the running! I want to run around all day everyday and it'll be better with you guys with me!"

Plumpaw pouted. "I'm sure Honeyfur would let me! After all, we don't have many patients these days," she sighed. There was a she-cat, Firewasp she believed her to be, that was resting in one of the patient's nest but she was about ready to move and hadn't needed much medical attention. "And it would only be for one night..."
The white she-cat grinned, proud that her brother liked her idea. "It sounds like so much fun! Do you think Daddy will let us go into the new part of the territory? The RockClan part? I heard that there was a waterfall there!" Plumpaw hadn't seen much of the territory yet; Honeyfur hadn't taken her on a official territory tour, so the only time Plumpaw had gotten a real glimpse of the territory is when she had snuck through the entrance of the FireClan camp with Hickorypaw when they were kittens--and the two hadn't gone very far past the entrance before retreating.

Swiftpaw blinked. "Well... I mean... And we're apprentices now! Shouldn't we be stopping the kid stuff? I mean, we'll all be fine now! We don't have to sleep far from each other, and all!" He felt a little bad for shooting down Plumpaw's idea, but it just... Didn't make much sense to him at a first glance. First glances were all he took.
Then he grinned. "Yeah, yeah! I'm sure that once it's Fireclan territory we'll be able to go, because it'll be Fireclan's then!" He chirped. "I dunno what a waterfall is, but it sounds super cool! I want to see it as soon as possible!" He knew what water is... It sounded like a place where water fell! He wondered how much water. Maybe a lot, since it was a whole place dedicated to water falling...? Though, he couldn't imagine water in large quantities, since he'd never seen anything of the sort.

Plumpaw pouted. "Okay," she mewed dejectedly. It was lonely being by herself in the medicine den, but she knew that what Swiftpaw had said was right. The white furred apprentice didn't spend much time dwelling on her disappointed, easily bouncing back to her usual cheerful demeanor.
Plumpaw's ears perked up. "Waterfalls are when lots and lots of water," the she-cat sat back on her haunches and spread her paws in the air, waving them enthusiastically as she spoke, "is moving, like in a river, and then there's a sudden drop in the ground," she brought her paws back down to indicate the drop, "and all the water falls down the drop into a lake or another river below. Doesn't that sound cool? It's like how when droplets of water fall off leaves when it's raining, only a lot more," Plumpaw's fluffy tail curled happily. She hadn't actually seen a waterfall before, but she had done a lot of investigating on the subject.

Swiftpaw frowned at seeing Plumpaw's less than happy face. He tried to smile to reassure her. Before he could say anything however, Plumpaw had already seemingly cheered up. Convinced, his smile relaxed into natural expression, as his energy encouraged his bouncing once more.
His eyes seemingly sparkled as Plumpaw started waving her paws around, attempting to paint a picture of a waterfall. It sounded almost like a story, with an almost magical quality. Or, that could be Swiftpaw's own imagination that ran about as fast as his paws, only without the physical limitations of his legs being not nearly as long as he wished they could be. "Wow! That sounds beautiful!" He whispered, in awe of Plumpaw's description. "I want to see one!" He exclaimed, beginning to bounce up and down excitedly.
