FrostpawEbonypaw thought that when she became an apprentice, she would have more to do than sit in camp and observe the habits of others. However, the dark she-cat's training was going painfully slow with no fault to her mentor. Ebonypaw simply wasn't interested in training, all she wanted to do was explore, but IceClan's land was mediocre at best. There weren't many apprentices around, and Ebonypaw wondered how unlucky she had to be to be born during a drought of apprentices. Perhaps returning to her roots would help her find some solutions to her newly found isolation. There'd always been cats she could talk to in the nursery, and maybe now there would be kits who were actually interesting. Ebonypaw couldn't possibly be the only cat with anything fun to say, right? Padding into her old den with a yawn, Ebonypaw took a careful look around, her pale eyes gleaming. Plenty of kits, as always, but there was no telling which one would best suit her needs.

Ebonypaw frowned. These kits were boring, there clearly hadn't been any point her in coming here. Did these kits even play games anymore, or did they just lie around like depressed lumps?
Her tail flicking back and forth, the sleek she-cat decided to approach another darkly colored cat who admittedly didn't look like most fun.
"What are you doing?" Ebonypaw questioned, her voice naturally dripping with allure.

Ebonypaw shrugged, casually licking her chest fur. "I dunno," She mewed, uninterested in talking about her experience as an apprentice. "It's alright, I suppose." Having the deputy as her mentor was something unique, she supposed.
