 Swanbreeze Swanbreeze slowly wobbled into the camp, trying to not be noticed. The small, skinny feline padded her way to behind a few bushes and rocks, and curled up quickly. The green-eyed she-cat rested her ears against her head, as she waited until she fell asleep.

Midnightpaw crept into camp, glancing around anxiously. I must be the worst apprentice ever! She thought to herself, I haven't even caught my first mouse yet! It's already been three sunrises since my ceremony. Making sure no one saw her, Midnightpaw leaped into a big patch of ferns. Glancing over her shoulder to check if anyone was following her, Midnightpaw gasped as she practically tripped over another cat's tail. Turning to see a black and white she-cat, Midnightpaw desperately mewed, "I'm s-so sorry! I didn't s-see you there!

Swanbreeze Swanbreeze felt something at her tail, and almost scrambled over herself. The tiny warrior whipped her gaze around to see another feline, her ears back. "S-s..." she was about to apologize. "It... n-no problem..."

Her heart leaping as she realized that the small she-cat was a warrior, Midnightpaw crouched down, sheepishly gazing at her paws. "N-no. It's my fault. I should have seen you there." Glancing back up at the warrior, Midnightpaw mewed, "Did I disturb you at all?"

Swanbreeze Swanbreeze blinked and shuffled her paws a bit, she really didn't like when others felt bad or felt like they had faulted. "Y-you m-m-mu-must've had something on.. on your mind... it's... alright..." She took a deep breath, "I was.... just.... being here.. I guess," she mewed, shuffling her paws more.

"Yeah..." Midnightpaw whispered quietly, rolling her shoulders. Then, looking back up at the black and white she-cat, Midnightpaw meowed, "It was maybe the best thing that ever happened to me. One of the only things." On her last sentence, she meowed that part quieter then the rest.

Swanbreeze Swanbreeze blinked, "I don't think this clan would ever fully take me in," she mewed, a small memory rose from her brain, I'm not broken... The dwarfed feline twitched her ears. I can't comfort her..
