Arabella made her way through the plains and towards the barn. It was early morning, so early the sun hadnt yet risen, but late enough that the rays of light touched at the sky. She grinned as she saw another cat. "Hello there," she greeted.

oki had been plotting along, minding his own business when a stranger crossed his path. He stopped to look at the new cat with an extremely judgemental gaze that held a trace of annoyance. "Hello," he answered, before sidestepping to try to get around her.

Arabella didn't step out of the way. In fact, she made a point of stepping into his way as she thought. "Fox," she said, quite randomly, after a moment. She would call him that. Fox. Either that or Viper, but Fox seemed more fitting from how the cat acted.
(Oh yeah. She makes nicknames for cats. And then ignores their real names.)

oki gave her a strange expression as she stepped in front of him, then altogether stopped when she randomly said 'fox.' "What?" he asked, a bit more annoyed by her not letting him get past.

Arabella shrugged, noticing and dismissing his annoyance. "That's what I'm gonna call you," she said, her tone making it seem a side note before she said what she really cared about. "So, Fox, What are you doing?"

oki slowly blinked at the cat in front of him, then decided to play along. "Fluff butt, I was about to go hunting." He really wasn't sure where he was going. He had wanted time alone to think, and never seemed to get it between all the cats wanting to see him. Sky, Swanfrost, Brightwing, the list was longer, but Loki didn't really care.

"Why, that's simply cruel. At least I put effort into your name." she said, acting offended. "Oh, and you're not going hunting any more. Now you have to talk to me."

sly smile began to spread across Loki's face. He had obviously been amused by her reaction to his words. He stood tall and perfectly still, as regally as a king would. "My apologies," he said, nearly sarcasticly with the smallest incline of his head.

"Apollogy accepted." she said, holding her posture just a regal as Fox's was. "It is some fine weather we're having this day," she said, glancing up at the rising sun, "Would you accompany me for a walk?"

oki managed not to roll his eyes as she accepted his apologies. Apartly, she had missed the sarcasm. When she asked if they could go on a walk, he waved his paw in a gesture that said 'go ahead.' Then he followed along. Sometimes he wished he still had his powers.

Bell began with walking slowly. "I haven't seen you around before. Do you come from elsewhere?"

oki walked forward, not bothering to turn his head. He stared straight ahead, but out the corner of his eye, he still watched her. "I could say the same for you. I've been here for a while, but I've never seen you before." He bit his tongue and winced a small bit, but his face returned to its normal menacing glare a few moments later. "I wasn't born here."

Bell shrugged. "Im very new here, but I've gotten around," she said, "So if your not from here, did you bring any family?" she asked, paying no heed to her words as she watched Fox. Having practiced the skill, that was what it would seem at least. She acted like a kit, which she almost was, and no one ever noticed that every word was calculated.

oki turned his piercing gaze on her. "I don't think that's imformation you need to know," he said, a little bitterly. He didn't like giving information about himself, even if he enjoyed talking about himself every once in a while. But he didn't think a young cat such as this one needed to know of his family, or what he called his family. His life was confusing, and sometimes he felt lost in the world. His adoptive siblings and him were a crew of orphans, anyway.

"Need, no. Want? Yes." she said, tilting her head. "Come on, A sa sister, a brother?"
