B(o)red

[Mistykit]

Mistykit was simply waiting in her nest. At nearly two moons old, not many cats paid any attention to you. Looking around, the Nursery looked about the same as the day before. Flicking her tail impatiently, Mistykit sighed. Some beams of light where poking through the roof of the Nursery and seemed to be shining right near Mistykit. Pawing at one, Mistykit wondered if this would be how she will spend the rest of her kit-hood. Would she ever meet anyone other than her mother? 

After a few more moments of pawing at the beam of light, Mistykit sensed on other cat nearby. Sitting up, Mistykit turned around and sweetly smiled, "Hello there. How are you today?"

"i'm good, how about you? wanna hang out? no one's been paying much attention to me! the other kits seem to take up the queens complete attention and the other kits won't play with me!" Lilliekit shook her dappled head, wondering once again why she wasn't named Dapplekit. her sole brown paw flashed in a beam of light, turning gold, while her two white paws and one black turned darker in the shadows.

she quickly ran outside into the clearing and returned with a red feather. she threw it, then leaped to catch it. "it's an easy game! someone throws it and then whoever catches it wins!" Lilliepaw explained, shaking out her pelt.
