LokiAnalia walked slowly through the Canyon, the dry air surrounding her in the heat. She hadn't acctually been there before, but since she was, why not explore? She bared her teeth as she saw a snake slithering between a few rocks, but it moved on without so much as noticing her. After walking around for a while, she came across another cat. "Hello," she greeted with a smile as she fought to make out the shape of the cat against the sun.

SEARCHING IN THE DARKNESS WE ARE CREATURES OF THE NIGHT RUNNING FROM THE DAY Loki lay on a rock, his paws crossed neatly in front of him. He had his eyes closed and his nose tilted upward to catch the sun on his face, but this peaceful moment was broken as Loki's ears picked up the sound of pawsteps. Soon enough, a cat meowed up at him.
He opened his eyes and lowered his head to look down at the cat who had spoken. "Hello, are you lost?" he asked for some odd reason. Most cats who wandered through the canyons were lost, so maybe that's why the question came to him.

Analia shook her head. "Not in the least. I just don't get out here a lot, so I'm taking the chance to explore." she shrugged, "You say that like you're here a lot. Do you live around here?"

He stood up to his full height, like usual, and listened to what she had to say, his eyes slightly narrowed. "I do," he answered. "And where might you be from?"

As the other cat stood up as straight as possible, she didn't too. She tended to do that, to morph her posture so that she was an equal to those around her. She found by it was acctually easier to keep her back straight and posture regal than it was to walk how most other cats walked, but none of them seemed to realize that. "Deathclan." she responded simply.

Analia stopped herself from rolling her eyes as the other cat stepped back,even though it was probably a courtesy to her. "I'm Analia. What's your name?"

SEARCHING IN THE DARKNESS WE ARE CREATURES OF THE NIGHT RUNNING FROM THE DAY Loki found that a lot of cats told him he was 'civilized,' just from his posture. He smiled at it. For some reason, it made him feel as if he really was from Asgard, which he really was, and that he belonged there, even if he was a Jotun. "My homeland is far from here. We call it Sunclan."

"Sunclan?" she asked, her smile faltering slightly, but only for a moment. "What a very interesting name from a clan. Tell me, why I said it named such?"
