[Hollylight]

-For Liongrowl or Bumblepaw-

Hollypaw frowned as he made his way into the Medicine Cats' Den. He had been considering going there for a while and a recent conversation with his sister, Juniperpaw, had finally brought him there. The young apprentice's tired eyes were almost closed as he flopped onto his butt and sighed, "Hello?" he asked, waiting for one of the medicine cats to notice him, "I'd like some help please..." he started.

-Holly's not injured but he does have a lot of nightmares which causes him to barely get any sleep and is even beginning to be afraid of sleeping... He just needs something to help him sleep.-

[Liongrowl]

Liongrowl lifted his chin from his resting spot over by the herbs. Of course, the scent of them filled his nose for the majority of his life but he managed to smell another scent. A young cat came into the den and required some assistance. He heaved himself off of his butt and walked over to greet the other tom. "Ah good day young one. What exactly can I help you with?" The orange tom noticed the heavily tired eyes of Hollypaw and his face shifted to worry. "Not sleeping well are you?"

[Hollylight]

-it's fine-

Hollypaw blinked, offering a tiny, yet slightly forced looking smile when another cat approached him, "Hi," he mumbled softly,
blinking his tired eyes again with a nod. "Mhmm... can't sleep," he replied simply, looking down at the floor, "I get nightmares a lot and I can't even get more than two hours sleep at a time."

[Liongrowl]

Liongrowl gave a twitch of his whiskers at the apprentice's response. He wasn't exactly sure why Hollypaw was having all these nightmares but he did have some way to give him something to help him sleep. "Wait a minute- I've got something in the back to help you sleep better." He padded to the back and then picked up the poppy seeds to give them to Hollypaw. "Why don't you try chewing these? If you need anymore you can come back. Probably best not to do anything strenuous after having these since they'll make you kinda drowsy."

[Hollylight]

-i was actually planning on holly becoming addicted to the seeds so chances are he will come back-

Hollypaw nodded, smiling softly when Liongrowl came back with a few small, black seeds. He tilted his head slightly, not knowing what the seeds were, but still leaning down to chew them like he was told- this cat had been chosen as a medicine cat, so surely the apprentice could trust him. "What are these?" he asked as he chewed them.

[Liongrowl]

Liongrowl twitched his whiskers slowly as he knew that he wasn't allowed to share the name of the seeds with anyone other than other medicine cats but he couldn't find any other way of saying it other than just directly. "Unfortunately, only medicine cats are allowed to know about the seeds but I'll know what you need if you wander in here again for them."

[Hollylight]

Hollypaw nodded, "Okay, I just wanted to know incase I ever had to come back," He said, swishing his tail as he already began to feel a little drowsy, "Thank you so much," he purred softly, letting out a soft yawn.
"Am I free to go?"

Liongrowl wondered what sparked the apprentice's interest with the seeds but he didn't feel like inquiring on the matter. "You're very welcome and yes you are free to go!" He waved with a paw goodbye to Hollypaw.
