Arabella had very recently joined Deathclan, and she had been walking around to get a lay of the land all day. She had come across a river and decided to take a break, lapping up some water with a slightly cocky but mostly stubborn grin on her face. When she sensed another cat, she turned to them, her grin not even faltering in the slightest as she greeted the other cat. "Hello," she said cheerfully.

Asphyx plotted through the land, right on the edge of Deathclan territory. She was a respectable cat, and didn't want to intrude on land that wasn't her own. As she made her way through the forest, she noticed she had come up upon a stream, and a cat drinking from the stream. When the cat turned to her with the brightest smile, Asphyx refrained from saying something that she would put in the 'elegant rivers of sass' category.

"Hello," Asphyx returned the greeting, adding a kind smile that made her eyes twinkle. "I haven't seen you before. Who might you be?" Asphyx felt silly saying these words, as the old Asphyx would just ignore everyone. However, she tried to be nicer, and less like the battle-hardened soldier she was. She found she liked it better being nice.

"I have just recently moved here to Deathclan." Bell said, "My name is Arabella, but people call me Bell. Who are you?"

"Oh!" Asphyx responded, taking a step back, though it wasn't obvious. She was concerned that the Deathclanner would attack her for being so close to clan territory. "It's nice to meet you, Bell. I'm Asphyx, I'm a loner."
