Breezepaw


Loudkit wasn't doing too much today, it seemed pretty boring, to be honest. The sun was out, so Loudkit wasn't stuck in the nursery, thank Cloudclan. The tom bit into a mouse as he looked up at the sky, looking for shapes in the clouds. Sunny days were so much better than rainy days, they just felt so warm.

Loudkit finished off the mouse, and buried it in the dirt. The ginger tom then stood up and started to recklessly sprint around the camp. It was safe to say that he crashed into another kit. Loudkit fell to the ground, realized what happened, and quickly apologized. "I-I'm so sorry! Are you okay?!"

Breezekit was sick and tired of being crashed into. Seriously, it happened way too often! Which was pretty much every time she met someone new nowadays! Given her built up frustration, it was pretty much a given that her temper would lash out at the next offender. Which, happened to be a ginger tom-kit her age.

She tumbled to the ground, but apparently wasn't all too physically hurt, as she was soon back on her paws. Though, she was shouting at the tom-kit who crashed into her, ears folded back and an angry expression adorning her face. "I'm fine! You shouldn't be crashing into cats like some crazy like that!" She declared hotly.

Loudkit hadn't expected the harsh temper from the other kit, making the tom more upset. The kit staggered up from the ground and lowered his head in apology. "I-I'm r-really sorry, miss! I was just... I don't want why..!" The tom stomped on the ground with his paws, angry with himself. Why the heck did he run off like that?

Loudkit was still upset, but he was too angry at himself to cry at Breezekit's expression and voice.

Breezekit huffed and sat back on her rump. He looked like he was about to cry, and just seemed mad at himself. It was kinda... Pathetic-looking if the white-furred she-kit was honest and it made her feel like a bit of a fox-heart. ".... It's fine... I just get really mad easily, and at least you get you were being dumb..." Annoyance flashed in her mind at remembering the other kitten who'd been determined to prove that bumping into cats wasn't something you should say sorry for.

Loudkit decided to take deep breathes. He inhaled slowly, then exhaled. He stopped fidgeting, and sat down across from the older kit. "... I'm sorry for getting upset, I just wasn't expecting it. But yeah, I'm dumb about a lot of things." The tom huffed, chuckling quietly with self-pity.

"Um... If I can ask, may I ask for your name?"

[Breezepaw]

Breezekit wasn't quite sure what the whole breathing routine was about, but before she could say anything he was moving on. "I think a lot of people are dumb, so it's okay." She blinked. "Oh, I'm Breezekit. What's your name, then?"

[Loudpaw]

"Breezekit?" Loudkit was about to remark about that, but kept his mouth shut. "Oh, okay. I'm Lord Ravenstar of Rainbowclan, nice to meet you." He snorted for a second, but quickly added.

"But seriously, my name's Loudkit."

Breezekit nodded. Then she felt like yelling for a moment, but then he actually gave his name. She huffed. "You don't seem very loud... Just sarcastic." She pointed out.
