With a big yawn a small pure white ball of fluff awaken in her new warm nest. The only thing she remembered was that Rainlight claimed her as her kit, and the she-cat explaining the rules of the clans, then going straight to sleep in her new home.
Her left blue eye opened first scanning the area around her. The white Turkish Angora she-cat was a little scared on what other cats would think of her, since she was not born here within the clan. her green eye popped opened next as she sat up to get a better look around the nursery.

Fennelkit immediately rushed over and stood next to her, eager for more friends. The golden tom-kit lowered his head and inspected the potential pal for a moment, squeaking excitedly, "hi! I haven't seen you before! I'm Fennelkit! What's your name?"
He could be very overwhelming, understandably. He was just so... excitable.
Fennelkit's ears were leaning forward, his wide blue eyes staring directly into hers, tail flicking. "Oh, you smell a little different, too, I think!" he added after a moment, though it seemed to be nothing more than an observation.

Lostkit jumped at the tom-kit who quickly made his way to where she is sitting. The golden kit seemed to be very excited, but she didn't know why. "Umm hi my name is Lostkit." her voice wasn't as loud or excited as his, is was more soft and quiet. The white kit couldn't help but let out a giggle at how excited he is.
"It's nice to meet you Fennelkit, and I'm new here." she said calmly with a smile. She was happy to have someone so nice to talk to first and not someone who would dislike her for not being a clan cat in the beginning. His next question shocked her and she quickly sniffed herself. She didn't smell anything different, but she remembered Rainlight explaining how her scent won't be the same for awhile. "I guess it's because I'm not from here." she told him flickering her fluffy white tail.

Fennelkit did not mind that she seemed quiet. He'd get her to be loud! "Lostkit! I like the sound of- You're not? That's neat! Where are you from?"
He was genuinely curious. He'd noticed that her eyes looked different, too. He'd always wanted green eyes. Maybe she was a kittypet! Her fur kind of looked like it... Maybe? Kittypets.. He'd heard about those. Kittypets seemed nice.

Lostkit was thrilled that he didn't care that she wasn't a clan cat before. Maybe this would be her first friend, this thought made her smile once again. "I um I really don't know." she answered looking down at her tiny paws. She hoped that it would open up some kind of memory.
With no luck she looked back up at the tom-kit. "Anyways... Who's your mother." she said changing the subject from her and onto him.

His tail flicked from side to side happily at her smiling. It was sort of disappointing to learn that she didn't know where she came from, but that was all right.
"Oh, my mother is Fawnskip. She's nice, I think. I haven't talked to her much. Have you made any other friends?" Perhaps it was a little early to consider Lostkit his friend, but Fennelkit considered everyone a friend.

Lostkit studied the older kit's face, quickly realizing he was disappointed. Her guess was that he thought that she'd know more of her past, and she too was a little concerned about that. "Fawnskip..." she said trying to remember the familiar name.
"I think I remember Rainlight talking about her, she seems nice." she said with a small nod. Her smile faded a bit with his next question. "No you actually the first kit I've talked to." she said.

"Oh. I bet I could introduce you to other kits, if you'd like! A friend circle!" at this idea, Fennelkit got even more noticably excited, bouncing around.
"I don't know too many other kits yet, though. But don't worry, I'll get to know more and more, and then you can have more friends."

The white kits eyes widened with excitement. "Really? You would do that!" she said excitedly. More friends would be great and if they are friends with him then they have to be nice, right? "Okay and I will try to make some friends that can be yours too!" she told him with a giggle.

"Oh, that'd be great! I like you, Lostkit. You're super nice!" he purred, sitting in silence as he thought about what to say next.
"You haven't been here long, right? Have you played with a moss ball before?"

Lostkit smiled widely at him, purring at his complement. "You're really nice too Fennelkit!" she told. The white cat quickly shook her head and twitched her ear. "No I've never heard of that game before." she said looking down at her nest that has moss in it. She couldn't think of how you could play with a moss ball.

"Oh.. Well, I can teach you, then! It's really simple. Just.." Fennelkit went over to an unused nest and pawed some moss apart from it. He pawed it together and rolled it until it was shaped somewhat like a ball, and then he rolled the mossy sphere over to Lostkit with his nose.
He tossed the ball up into the air after a few tries and began to swat at it, chasing it when it rolled away, throwing it back up again. After about a minute of this he looked up at the white she-kit, beaming.
"Like that! Try it!" he exclaimed, trying to roll the moss ball back into shape.

Lostkit sat and listened to what he had to say about the game, before staring off in confusion as he ran off to a nest. To her surprise he came back with a tiny ball of moss. The she-kit's green and blue eyes watched in amusement as Fennelkit threw the newly made ball of moss up into the air and swat at it.
When he was done showing her what to do he looked over at her and she smiled back. "Yeah that seems like fun!" she eagerly said as the moss ball was rolled in front of her. She took it and attempted to do what he had done. She wasn't as accurate as the golden kit but she still had fun. "Like that Fennelkit?" she asked looking at him.

"Yes! Exactly like that! We could try to play it together now, if you want. Or I could make my own. I don't mind!" He didn't notice that she didn't play as well, though he wouldn't have brought it up if even if he had.
"You can also play with leaves and feathers, but I think moss is funnest. I want to learn to hunt, too, so I guess it's good practice."

She quickly nodded her head yes. "We can play together!" she squeaked with excitement. She had learned how to play her first game, she was clearly happy. "Wouldn't that be harder? I mean leaves and feathers are lighter and can easily drift off with the wind." she said.
She begun to think about that. That does help your hunting abilities she guessed. "Okay so how do we play together?" she asked him eager to start the game.
