Lostkit quickly shook her head not agreeing to him. She felt her cheeks heat up, hoping her long fur would hide her blush but she didn't know since it was white. By now she had calmed down and was laughing but a small smile stayed on her face. "No I don't." she denied as she stared at him with her two colored eyes.

Sootkit instantly realized what he had said and shuffled his paws, causing small ripples in the puddle he was standing in. "Sorry." He mumbled, "I can leave if you want me to..."

"No you don't have to leave." she said quickly. "Um I mean you were here first." she continued. She thought it was nice that he like her laugh she just didn't agree with him. She leapt to another puddle, trying to get him to stay.
This is the third cat she has spoken to, and she only had one friend. He said he would help her get friends but she wanted to make some of her own. Sootkit was a nice kit and she was actually having fun, she didn't want him to feel bad.

Sootkit, well, was in a very awkward situation. Why do I always have to do this to myself? Still just standing there, waiting for something to happen, Sootkit smiled as Lostkit leaped in another puddle. This was the first kit he had ever met! Why should he waste it?
Leaping into another puddle, not trying to splash Lostkit, Sootkit decided to make one BIG splash. Gathering all of his muscles, Sootkit launched himself upward. Aiming for one nearby puddle, Sootkit landed with one huge SPLASH!!!!

Lostkit stopped jumping to watch Sootkit. He was now joining her again. Her right green eye and left blue eye went wide with amazement at the big splash that the younger kit had made.Wow Sootkit that was a big slash. she laughed.

Sootkit smiled, giving his light brown pelt a small shake. Before, his pelt was damp, now, it was SOPPING wet. Deciding to play around a little bit, Sootkit put a smug face on. "Yeah," He joked (He was making it quite obvious he was joking!), "It was pretty good..."

The snowy white kitten smiled as she watched the water droplets fly off of him as he shook his fur. Lostkit couldn't help but giggle at his joking comment. "It was a good splash." she said not denying it. She jumped into one a little closer to him.

"Whoa!" Sootkit gasped as water cam at him. Ducking, Sootkit barely missed the droplets. "Nice-" Sootkit bubbled, realizing his mouth was under the water. Jerking his head up, Sootkit spluddered out water. "Ugh," Sootkit panted, shaking his head, "I am not sure if swimming is my thing. Leave that to RockClan!"

Lostkit looked over at the kit who went under water to dodge her splash. Oh my gosh are you okay!" she asked him. But what he said made her laugh once again. "I agree." she told him getting out of the current puddle she was in. She shook her white fur mud covered her paws and her fur now sticking out like a lions.

Letting his tongue hang out of his mouth, Sootkit was starting to get tired of the muddy taste. RockClan... How can they stand swimming? Jumping in puddles was just enough for him. Sootkit began to laugh slightly as Lostkit padded out of the puddle she was in. Her fur was starting to stick out like a lion's mane! "Maybe we should start cleaning our fur, Lionkit!" Sootkit joked, padding out of the puddle to stand by Lostkit.

Lostkit rolled her eyes playfully at the kit who now stood beside her. Lionkit, she was sure that the golden kit would have been offended if he had heard that. "I am not a lion." she laughed as she quickly start to get the mud off her paws not liking the feeling.

Smiling, Sootkit began to groom his wet, and muddy, pelt. After a while, Sootkit looked back up at Lostkit. "What would your Warrior Name be if you could choose?"

She shrugged her shoulders, Fennelkit thought gut of a good name for her when they first met. "I don't really know but my friend told me Lostsong sounded good." she answered as she fought to keep her fur down. "What about you?" she asked.

"Lostsong sounds pretty cool." Sootkit agreed, smiling brightly. "I am not entirely sure of what I want my name to be... Maybe Sootclaw? Sootear? What do you think?"
