Olivekit chuckled. "And you have treeclan blood in your veigns." she countered.

Wrenkit paused for a minute and looked up, "It's not in yours?" He mewed, tilting his head. Was she not born into the clan? Then she must have been adopted, there was no other explanation; now he was curious.

"If you're not from Treeclan... where did you come from."

Olivekit tilted her head. "Well, I was born a loner. I'm not sure where, but I do know that my parents died and that's why I came here." she responded, not in the least but sad about it.

Hm, that was a shame. Even more it made him want to run to his mother right away and start a relationship with her before things went so far south for him. "Im so sorry..." Wrenkit mewed, having never lost a parent he couldn't relate. Although he could imagine just how awful it was to know death at such a premature age.

"But it was just you? Or did you have any siblings?" He was partially concerned he was trespassing into uncharted territory by asking such a question, but the conversation had peaked his interest.

Olivekit nodded. "Yeah. Winter. I'm going to leave the clans and find her when I become a warrior." she said. She honestly had no clue where her sister was, but she wasn't about to give up hope.

[Wrenpaw]

So Olivekit had a sister... but she was long gone now and she had no idea where she was. Yet she was determined to find her. They must've had a strong bond before they were separated, he wished had could have such a bond. Maybe in time, he thought to himself.

"And you're set on that plan?" He mewed, tilting his head and looking a little concerned now. "You just... want to up and leave?"

Olivekit nodded. "Most certainlty. If not, how can I find her. And even if not for her, what would be the point of staying here?" she asked. She had never thought badly of life as a clancat, but she much perfered that of a loner, even if it were more dangerous.

Well, if that was what she wanted he would respect that. So he mewed, "If that's what you feel is right." Even if he didn't entirely agree with it, when you were raised to be a warrior you were raised to serve a clan right? But life was in fact all about free will, you only had one of them. "But if you change your mind I'll be around." He added, laughing a bit to show his now humorous tone.

"So as a loner do you think you'll change your name or keep your warrior given one?" Wrenkit inquired, as he laid down on the branch he was currently on now; letting his forepaw dangle over the edge.

Olivekit chuckled, but didn't respond to his commet. "My name is Olive. Olivekit, Olivepaw, Olivefrost, no matter what's added to the end, it will always be Olive to me." she responded, "Although I do perfer my given name of Olivia."

It was interesting just how different clan life was from being a loner. The world out there seemed so tough and he couldn't imagine how difficult it would be during the snowy seasons. Having to rely on yourself all the time and never really having any help, well, he supposed she would have her sister around but still. And he couldn't even imagine the loners who may have had kits and had to feed for multiple. That sounded insane to him. But, it was Olivekit's decision, not his.

"Well, sounds like a much more simplistic name." He responded, adding a smile. "So out there, I would just be plain old Wren."

Olivekit nodded. "Yeah, you probably would," she said, sounding a bit haughty even if she hadn't tried to.

Wrenkit shrugged, he enjoyed his life here. There usually seemed to be something going on but then again he was just a kit and hadn't gotten into the everyday swing of being a warrior. But at the same time he couldn't wait for that. To push into the routine, hunting, defending boarders, the whole sha-bang.

"Well Olivekit, now that's you're almost an apprentice, what are you most excited to learn?"

Olivekit shrugged. "Fighting I suppose," she said cooly.
