It was absolute brilliance.
The songbirds were fluttering about in complete ecstasy, their tiny flapping wings allowing them to soar higher amongst the vast, infinite blue sky. The ground beneath her paws were so soft, the trees tall and towering over her body. Leaves of red, brown, and blue floated along with the breeze that whistled through the ferns, caressing her fur ever so gently.
Laughter escaped through her lips, happiness bubbling deep inside her. All it took was a paw step, a paw step towards a whole new world of wonder and discovery. It felt as if the weight of the world had been lifted off Faeryn's shoulders, like she could finally breathe.
Too distracted by her joy, Faeryn began running in deep strides down the clearing, not noticing her surroundings in time to stop from crashing into a certain muscular 'obstacle'.
( Loki, the last line tho ha )

THEY CALL ME god of MISCHIEf, AND YOU SHOULD BE AFRAID (( i don't like this template as much as I liked the last one... might change it back soon ))
The woods were absolutely gorgeous, something he didn't see very often. The black tom padded elegantly beneath the tall, rising oaks of this world, watching as few birds dared swoop close to him. Just a small bit closer... he leaped, catching the bird between his teeth and snapping its neck in the same process. Then, he set it on the ground and ate it.
After he was finished, he left the remains behind and continued forward, looking for nothing in particular. He'd nearly seen everything anyway. Or at least, it felt that way.
Then he ran into something, or something ran into him. He nearly stubbled back, but saw that the thing was smaller than himself. It felt weird to not be pushed over, but he barely moved. That was when he noticed he recognized the thing that ran into him.
It was the princess... from that island... Loki blinked. "So you decided to listen to my advice..."

She huffed and doubled back, sitting awkwardly on her bum. The figure hadn't even moved; Faeryn felt her cheeks warm.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't looking wh-" Her voice caught when she recognized the tom, his words ringing in her ears. The female was dumbfounded, jaw hanging open. "Y-you... your - h-how..?" Rising onto her paws, flinching slightly at a sore foot.
She shook her head, looked to the floor, blinked a few times, then looked back up at him. "I've met you before. You have tricks." Her eyes narrowed, along with backing up slightly. "You disappeared."
( i'm sorry i'm cringing so bad at my rping i really hate it / i actually really like your template ++ it matches better than the 'creatures of the night' one i saw and it's v pretty ! )

THEY CALL ME god of MISCHIEf, AND YOU SHOULD BE AFRAID Loki turned his head to stare out into the woods, taking in his surroundings. The sunlight filtering through the trees, as he listened to the gray cat stumble over words. He stood elegantly, as usual, his long legs making him half look like a creepy spider, if he walked like that. However, he did not, and so he had never been compared to a spider. His short, pitch black fur looked young and healthy, making it impossible to actually guess his age. No gray hairs could be found on his whole body, he was completely black. Perhaps unlucky, but he wouldn't say so.
He turned his black head and green eyes back to her with a smile. "Ah yes, my tricks." Then, he picked up his paw to gaze at it majestically, looking down his nose at the black paw pad. He wiggled his toes a few times, before he set it back down and flicked his tail. "Such a shame," he said, looking down to the ground in a sort of sideways glance, before he flicked his eyes back up to hers with a smile.
