a rather small kit jumped into the air and caught a leaf she had recently thrown. she signed with boredom at how no other kits played that much with her. they were always too busy. she always tried to make friends. signing, she licked a brown paw which was sorta gold in the sunlight. suddenly, she was hit by a pine cone, which was soaked. as water sunk into her pelt, she whirled around and spotted a fellow kit.
