I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Calista decided she had as much prey as she could carry, so she returned early, around sunhigh. But Cloudy wasn’t there. She put down her prey and tried to pick up a scent. He had been there not long ago, but not just him. The scent of clover clouded the air. Loki. Her jaw set and she glanced around, spotting a few broken blades of grass in the opposite direction she had come. Sure enough, that was his trail.
Cali followed his trail, acctually struggling quite a bit. He knew she’d be after him. Made sense. But she wasn’t that far behind and eventually she spotted Loki. ”Ice giants are supposed to be better than Asgardians.” she said. She didn’t know exactly where Cloudy was, and she seriously hoped he was, by some miricle, he wasn’t there to see what would surely go down.

Loki had recently let Cloudy go after their little training session, one he undoubtly knew Cali would not approve of. When his sister approached him from behind, tension in the air and vexation in her words, he couldn't held but chuckle lightly at her comment as he turned to face her, slowly pinning his ears. "Cali... now you didn't think that I would actually want you to follow that trail, now did you?" His green eyes narrowed and his mouth parted in a sly smile. He could sense what was to happen, and there was nothing going to stop it, so why try? He just probed her until she reached the edge, and he felt that she might tip over soon. 123 // what is this post © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Cali shrugged. ”One could hope.” she responded, shaking her head. She had thought better of him. This was low, even for an Asgardian. Well, not for one Asgardian in particular, but he hadn’t even met her. She smiled sweetly, though it was tinged with bloodlust. She was biding her time. She knew she was a monster underneath it all, and she didn’t want to let it out. She wanted someone to come up with a better solution. But the clock was ticking, Loki was trying to eg her on, and no one else was around. She knew it wouldn’t end well and she didn’t know how to stop it. And her Cloudy was gone. The sense of... hopelessness didn’t show on her face. It was deep in her gut, and it scared her. ”I suppose there’s no chance of ending this peacefully?” she asked, a growl in her voice.
I know! That post was: better than this one. template by Sammy @ Adox 2.0

Loki stood up a bit straighter, his face a stone, showing no emotions. "I'm not the one who's mad. You're standing on the edge, and if peace would be better, than so be it. Talk. I'm not the one who wants to fight, your Highness." Loki wasn't exactly sure what he was doing. The tension in the air escalated, and there was no sense in stopping what was potentially hanging on the edge of the cloud. He tilted his head ever so slightly. "Just do it, Cali. I can see it in your eye. I'm the only one here." 101 // someone's asking for it © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath "You fool." she said, shaking her head. "You think I'm still standing on the edge. I don't know how much more wrong you could be. Then again, I suppose you were in calling me a sister for all these moons." she said, giving a menacing smile as she spoke. In that part of her mind that she had held on to for so long she realized that her words were true. The fight to keep herself restrained was long over, and her brother wasn't going to help her. He didn't even see that she needed to be saved. No one ever did. No one cared to aid the fight, so why was she still fighting? Cali let go of her hold fully and a whole different mindset took over.
"Loki of Asgard," she spat the words like the were poison, because that was how they felt floating through her mind. He was a poison that was slowly destroying her. And it was time to purge her system of that poison. "You have brought this upon yourself." she growled as she leapt forward, her first attempt a potentially fatal blow to the throat.
