THOR IN A NUTSHELL

Personality Thor has a now new-and improved attitude after previous events, appearing very chill, laid-back, and upbeat. He hides his emotions (anger, grief, etc.) from his companions, allowing them to show briefly and to fuel his newfound power on the battlefield.

Abilities Thor is an extremely powerful warrior, oftentimes using his strength over strategy; which can prove to be a pro or con in certain situations. He also possesses a great deal of knowledge, though he can sometimes seem uneducated when confused about things - such as animals, - that are native only to the earth and non existing on asgard.
PERSONALITY
Before his banishment to Midgard (Earth), Thor was initially conceited, arrogant, immature and stubborn. He had proven to be bloodthirsty and enjoyed the challenge of battle and combat, Laufey even stating in Jotunheim that he craved war--due to the influence of Odin's past wars with them convincing him that the Jotuns were cruel and vicious monsters. However, it should be stated that Thor still had some honorable traits, one being that he still supported his friend Sif in her goals to become a great warrior, something that no one else took her seriously about. In his heart, he had difficulty finding the difference between a ruler and a warrior and what makes each a good cat.
During his time on Midgard Thor met and fell in love with the kittypet Jane which finally taught him the humility and wisdom he was lacking. Thor would take to often holding back unless battling an opponent of equivalent strength and durability. Thor notably holds back in all his duels with Loki, believing that "[his] brother is still in there somewhere."
Whatever remained of Thor's boastful personality has seemingly vanished since the events of Ragnarok. Thor believed he was worthless--which made any remains of his arrogance that he had completely disappear, as can be seen with his interactions towards cats have become more awkward and overly-excitable. He now reasons with others instead of ordering them to do what he wants. Nevertheless, while Thor's arrogance has disappeared fully, he still remains utmostly confident and assured in his abilities as a warrior.
