I've been trying to contact Neitha multiple times lately; most were failed attempts. So, I looked up some meditation music today to try again. I wanted to talk to her badly, since I can't talk to her outside of meditaton (though I do feel her with me and I see her in almost every dream).
Any-who, I did my whole pre-meditation routine, and entered my spirit world. Except rather than appearing on the beach I was used to, I was in a cave. There was no light in it; but it was more a tunnel than a cave. I saw light coming from both ends of the tunnel, but I headed towards the one with the sandy hill in hopes of finding the beach I'm used to. I came to the hill, and then there was a thick thorn barrier blocking me from the beach. This frustrated me greatly, but I began to climb over the hill to get to the beach. It was strange, because suddenly the hill began to grow larger (perhaps my imagination?), and I ended up rolling off of it and landing by the beach.
Finally, I had thought. The music was still ringing in my ears.
"Neitha?" I called. "Neitha? Are you here?" No reply. "Neitha! Please come out, I need to talk to you!"
Finally, I heard a flutter of wings. When I turned, I saw Neitha sitting there in front of me. She was smaller than usual, and it scared me a little, but I brushed it off. "Follow me," I whispered quietly.
I led her to a small area, a hidden pocket among the palm trees of the beach. I sat down in a corner and began to question her about my gifts. She stared at me quietly, answering me a few moments later.
She said something that was almost silent. It was only one word. Death.
"I've gotta go," I said with a smile on my face (why a smile?).
She tried to give me a piece of advice, but I was already out of earshot. I regret having left before hearing what she had to say.
-----------
I.. think my imagination invaded my meditation or something. Dx Maybe not, I'm not really that.. expertish with this stuff. The thing I wonder, whether it was my imagination or seriously Neitha, was why death? >.< That's just .. a little scary.
So, was it my imagination? It'd be lovely to know.
