Well I havn't been able to medatate or dream at all latly. Ever since the summer ended. It's really driving me nuts. I guess it's just all the school work I've been getting since now I'm in 8th grade. I don't know. But I'll go to school do that crap come home do homework then do whatever I please then eat dinner and do chores. Last but not least annoy my parents a little take a shower, clean my face then go to bed.
So I just kinda black out from doing stuff all day. Oh and sometimes I go to Karate and Basketball. Maybe thats why I havn't been reciving stuff, or maybe I have but I can't remember. But I just don't know what to do. I usually fall asleep about 10nish or 11nish. I know that may not be late for some of you but after that day I'M WORN OUT!
So if there is any advice then I'll be happy to try it.
Calming music has been making me fall alseep.
Meditating is just not working any more.
Going to bed early is impossible.
SO WHAT SHOULD I DO!

Your focus might just be off. I mean, I can't meditate at all because my mind wanders. You could be having my problem from all your stuff.
You may also try too much, which is the opposite of my problem as well. Just wait a few days, or even until next weekend, then try.

I suppose. *Sigh*
I'll just wait untill the week relaxes a bit or when I ge use to school. Being back from the summer could really mess you up.
