Waspwing stepped up to the shiny rocks, purr fluffed out to protect himself from the harsh winds. Cloudclan better have something important to tell him for coming her tonight. He would have stayed in Treeclan, in his den, where it's warm.
Last half moon a spirit, Peachwing, had attempted to talk to him, but had vanished before she could say anything. Perhaps tonight she could finally say what she needed to. And hopefully more Medicine Cats would come, not just Fernpelt.
Not wanting to wait on the others, Waspwing settled down in front of the Shimmering Rocks. After taking one final glance behind him, he touched noses with the cool surface of one of the Shimmering Rocks.
For a few moments Waspwing saw the mountains of Iceclan. For a moment all was quiet, everything unmoving. But then he heard the worried cries, some he recognized. He saw Koisplash in the distance, along with Larksong and Fernpelt. He saw Greycloud limping not far behind. Ahead he saw unfamiliar pelts. By the looks of it, these were Iceclan cats. Cloudclan, what are you trying to show me? He thought, looking back again.
Suddenly the scene changed, and he jumped back as he saw a ghostly white pelt stalking up to him.

Peachwing watched from a far distance as Waspwing watched the first scene. She was sitting on top of a tall oak tree, watching as the young Medicine Cat watched in fear. Finally the terrain morphed around her and the pale tom, and she quickly climbed down from her perch. For a moment she paused, hoping she could get Waspwing back to Treeclan in time.
She stalked ahead, stopping in front of Waspwing only when she was nearly face-to-face with him. "Do you know why I have chosen to visit you, to show you this vision, young medicine cat?" She asked, sitting down.

Waspwing blinked at Peachwing, Apparently this was serious after all. "Well, seeing as how I just saw my clan fleeing to Iceclan, I'm guessing I'm getting my first vision." He mumbled sarcastically, rolling his eyes.
Even with the thought that Treeclan could be in danger he didn't show panic. Well, not anymore. He was worried when he was having the vision, but he felt much calmer with Peachwing. "Now, care to explain what I just saw?" He asked curtly, curling his tail around his paws.

Peachwing looked pass his condescending tone, since this was important. But she'd let him have it later. "Yes, you must return to Treeclan, now!" She hissed. She had to show him the vision, since she couldn't downright say "HEY, TREECLAN'S GONNA CATCH FIRE, GET THEM TO SAFETY!"
Well, she could, but something was stopping her. It was as if seasons of giving out riddles had just stuck with her. "Waspwing, on this night, sparks will fly. And when they hit, fear will spread like wildfire." That was by far the worst prophecy she had given, but she was rather limited on time to think of something. Hopefully Waspwing could figure it out, and fast.

Waspwing had no time to reply to Peachwing before the dream faded. For a moment he simply lay there, unmoving. He had probably only been there a couple of hours, and he was already having to go all the way back? The only reason he didn't stay was because Peachwing had told him to hurry back, and because he knew it was for good reason.
He got up, stretched his bad leg, and began to hurry back to Treeclan. Cloudclan let him get there on time.
