This life, loyalty, gave him an odd sensation of strength while at the same time heartache and depression. He had left Fireclan to become a Rockclan cat. He was an awful person. A loss of loyalty.
He liked that life the least and he still noticed that unease in the back of his mind.

I knew what Hawktalon was feeling. That didn't feel too good. I could feel what he was feeling, and I took a step back. Nope, I could still feel it. I didn't like it either. It was the feeling of being disloyal to his old clan, to betray them in a time of need. Ignore it, Hawktalon, I thought, my heart hammering. For once, I was glad I didn't choose the life of a warrior. I didn't want to recieve nine lives if it meant this much pain. Heck, I chose being a medicine cat for a reason.

*Tearblossom continued on she gave him the life of protection and then the life of mentoring. Her paws wavered on the ground like lightning in the mist at least that's how it appeared.*
If i fall down...... dont worry.... just continue to touch your nose to mine..... I doubt i can die....twice
*She looked at him her starry eyes becoming cloudy with haze. Each life she gave him reminded her of her own life. She remembered desperately trying to protect rockclan and then never mentoring a apprentice.... she died before that happened*

The life of protection cut through him like a buzzsaw. He saw cats hurt and in pain and wanted nothing more than to help them. Then relief came to him when mentoring was given to him. he felt happy and accepted, something that he had never been throughout his life, a sense of comradirie swept over him. This was by far his favorite life.
Then Tearblossom staggered and groaned "If i fall down...... dont worry.... just continue to touch your nose to mine..... I doubt i can die....twice"
"No, Tearblossom, you can't so this to yourself. I don't want you in pain." and for no reason whatsoever tears sprung to his eyes. He had just met this cat and she was dead but she was sacrificing everything for him. Everything her poor shining, transparent body could offer.
"Thank you..." he whispered "Take a break...and we'll start again when you are ready..."

Seeing her fellow Cloudclan warrior crumple always put a damper on her happiness, and seemed to contain some parts of her sanity. Stepping up to her side, glowing faintly pink as she always did, Moonfeather returned to her normal size, and somehow reattached her head [although there was still some weird stuff oozing from her neck, but that was better than it oozing from everywhere].
"Hawkstar, or as I called you back in the day, Hawkkit, you have become a great warrior. You have recieved many lives from Tearblossom, so let me grant you the rest. I have lived through the lives of many, and have overseen the many wars in the past.
I give you a token of experience, although very hard to fathom now, but when your instinct needs it, you will feel it course through you."
She walked up to touch her nose to Hawkstar, unfaltering despite the power that coursed through her to the younger cat. She stood in wait as she waited for him to begin his dreaming.
The pale she-cat swished her tail at her old clanmate, then altered her gaze to look behind him--- it was a young new medicine cat. She dipped her head in greeting, but said no more.
[Sorry, had to pop in. xD! She's a little less crazy than usual though.]

(I love my mommy~<3)
Hawkstar felt sheer unhindered power flow into him. His thinking became more controlled and intelligent for brief seconds, thoughts of battle and strategy flooded his mind as well as a feeling of being completely unstoppable. Any warrior that dared cross his path would be struck down and this wasn't just ambitious thoughts they were precise and filled with cold confidence. He would destroy anybody. That was absolutely true.
The feeling ended and he stepped back a little. The feeling was good but he hadn't expected it to fill him with such ferocity and he found that he liked it...immensely.

He received the life as easily as Moonfeather gave it, and watched as his confidence grew. That was how a leader is to be --- they must have confidence, power, strength! They had to be a symbol of the clan they represented, they had to project a strong image. That was the only way they could rule. They had to be charismatic, and naturally bring people to them. So she determined his next life to give --- something that she could relate to easily. The gift of Charisma. The power of leadership, and of showing people that they were worth believing in.
Moonfeather may not have been a leader, in this life or her last, but she was known throughout the lands. She was no leader, she had started no war, but she'd stopped a few on her own--- the first being the war where she died.
"My child, your confidence must be solid, and your image must be strong. Let me give you the gift of Charisma, and let it help lead your clan to places it has never been before." Leaning forward, she gave this life too.
The memories of her death came about, and how she had broken up the war with a few shimmers of pink zombie goo, and some other strange magical things that were unexplainable. But she still stopped it, and that was all that mattered.
These lives were effortless for her to give, seeing as her energy came from a wider and broader pool than Tear's --- who had been tired from her many years as a Cloudclan cat. Moonfeather had died younger than most, and in a stranger way than any, but she was a goddess in a way that she never tired. And she seemingly never needed to sleep, or if she did, only her head did. Her body was always restless.

Hawkstar was once again injected with the fiery warmth of another life. Thankfully for him it was another one that made him feel amazing. This life, which Moonfeather called Charisma, seeped into his veins and through his bones, the source of course coming from his nose. It was wonderful feeling. His skin crept with confidence, his fur fluffed up with determination. Like with his last life he felt once again what it was like to be entirely sure of yourself but this time with an added feeling.
He felt accepted; liked. He felt like someone everyone wanted to be or be around, at least. The best part was that it wasn't him just being full of himself. What he was feeling was very real and the power it gave him was enough to make his entire body shudder with pleasure.
But as all good things do, the feeling faded. Hawkstar was left with his memories.
