@lumine )
Bear was splashing about in the river, her paws flailing. But this tabby didn't need help. She was a pure water cat! Bear, with the thick, long pelt she had, was staying afloat. Her extremely powerful hind legs buttered through the water.
Bear lay her head back and looked up at the sky. Clouds were gathered over and spread across the sky in all directions. Suddenly, even with waterclogged ears, a sound reached Bear's ears. "Who's there?" She growled deeply.

Lumine had been padding along the river, contemplating going for a swim or not. Everyone knew that she was a much better climber, and she was afraid of what consequences the water might offer. She could be swept away, or worse, drown. When she was about to turn away, she heard a cat growl 'who's there' from the direction of the river. Curious, she padded closer to the rushing water, trying to see the cat. When she could just make out a shape, she slipped in the water! Letting out a strangled meow, she tried to climb out, but it was hopeless. She was just to small and not strong enough. "Help!" she tried to call, but didn't know if anyone heard her or not.

( @drought, do we need permission for a scene like this?)
Bear quietly watched as a V formation of birds flew across the sky.

Okie, thanks)
Bear was silently drifting in the water on her back, trying to adjust to the water in her ears. Suddenly, an abnormal sound echoed through the water and to her ears. Then splashing.
Bear wripped her head up out of the water and spied a head of grey fur duck under. "Hold in there!" Bear screehed, ducking her head in underwater. Immediantly, Bear's hind paws began propelling her through the water. The she-cat did a sharp turn just in the knick of time tp dodge large rock. The sounding of distress echoed through the water and to her.
Daring to open her eyes in the water, she spotted a blurry figure and swam at it. Coming up for a breath, bear went back down and under the she-cat. Bear placed her back to the she-cats stomach and her paws began to propell her up to the surface.
The water was beginning to get choppy, seing as they were near the rappids. But the edge of the river was near. Giving a big push, Bear swam through the water and juts barrely made it to the side and dumped off the she-cat. Her lungs seemed to be full of water. Remembering her life-saving tactics she had learned with one of her fellow travelers, she began to masage the cats chest. A big gurgle sounded and (possibly) She coughed up a bout of water.
(Oh, and one more thing @drought... on the last thing where she coughed up water because of masaging, can i do that? or is it more on the medicine cat's side? If it's innapropriate, i will edit it. Sorry about my spelling)
