Rune was born and raised by her single
mother, Jackie. Jackie didn't want her
and barely paid any attention to her kit,
so she let her Twolegs do whatever they
wanted with Rune.
The first few moons of Rune's life was a
living nightmare, due to her condition of
non-stop shedding and a tendency to get
out of the house, they put a collar on her
that would shock her if she went too far
away from the house.
The Twoleg children had no boundaries on
what was going too far with the kitten, they
tugged on her fur, lifted her up by the tail,
and worst of all, they would push her just
barely over the line where the collar shocked
her, and keep her there.
Rune couldn't escape the madhouse, she spent
all of her early life trying to get the collar off,
she clawed at her neck every single day and night
without end. And when she finally did get it off, she
left the house without a second thought.
