( Spice) I swear I'm done with this darn place. But I can't be. I can't be because it's the only thing keeping 'her' contained. Not that that's exactly easy. Or true. I want her gone, but under control is as close as I'm going to get and that's the only reason I don't leave Deathclan. Besides, not all cats can be that bad, right? And it's not like I'm a nervous wreck, and I'm not afraid they'd all be killed by Blaze. If I was in a clan, I'd fear for their lives everyday and avoid all feline contact. Here, I don't need to worry. These cats are vicious, and Blaze seems to like them. And so even if she took charge she wouldn't attack them. I don't think. If she did, they could hold her own because no matter her skill, she's in the body of a child, and she isn't going to get very far. I guess she knows I think that, because she trusts that no matter how far I go, I'll head back. And if I don't, she can probably make me. I shiver at the thought. And so, I find myself near a canyons. Somewhere between Deathclan and those other clans who worship whatever, and think and do what they're told. No. Definitely not my style. I find a path in the canyon to the river below, and manage to find some semi-quiet area to take a dip. Sighing, I slink into the water and swim steadily across to the clan side. It's a little hard as young as I am, so I'm glad it's calmer and narrow, and I'm good at swimming. I pull myself out on the other side and shake out my sodden golden coat. The droplets scatter like shimmering crystals as they catch the light, and I smile. Looking around, I find a sun warmed spot, and settle down on a large, smooth rock to groom out my pelt. I don't even notice the pawsteps till they're close enough, and the scent of Deathclan hits my nose. Like the scent that's beginning to stick to me like sap.

Spice padded along the rivers edge. No destination in mind. Simply following as her paws drug her to wherever. While she was on the move she let her mind wonder. It was strange. Deathclan that is, she had met jerks and sweeties. She had been scared and thrilled. Now she was utterly alone... the image of her mother reappeared at the thought of a family. Sighing she cast a dark stare to the river. It rippled and lapped at the banks as if trying to fight its way to land with no avail. She continued until her though process was indentured by a small splash. Flicking her ears she caught a scent of deathclan though faint... not like it was faint but that this cat had a faint scent. She followed till to the point of the river. On her side a soaking went kit layed out. Spice joined her with out being welcomed giving a small meow. "I'm spice, you?"

And apparently the scent is accompanied by a voice. I semi flinch away from the feline and turn slightly to study her, abandoning my coat in its unkempt state in favour of assessing who exactly this new cat is. She is older than me by a bit, and clearly a youngling too. I can't quite tell if she seems friendly or not. Sort of not moderately either, really. I peer at her slightly, assessing as halfway in between. I assemble myself into that catagory as well, and offer a hesitant dip of my head. "I'm Soleil" I respond, refraining from adding "for now" to my spoken words. A tremor goes up my spine as sparks my muscles in reaction to the thought of Blaze shoving me back into that darn chasm. Again. My ears twitch slightly in discomfort. "We're you, ummm...looking, for someone?" I twitch my ears slightly, wondering if she'll just be on her way and I won't have to worry about it. I'm sort of willing her to be aggressive because a selfish part of me doesn't want to worry about Blaze harming her.

She flicked her tail in a happy manor, this cat seemed nice enough. "Well It's nice to meet your acquaintance Soleil" with out asking she had flopped onto her side in a silly manor. "Oh no not really, though I wouldn't mind a decent conversation. Care to help me out?" with a faint smile and gleaming optics Spice allowed the other cat to answer before sitting up in a hopeful posture of some chit chat.

Well, for a Deathcalnner, this cat is certainly friendly. I guess that makes two of us. What makes her stay? What keeps her in such a deadly hollow if she is little like those of whom live there. I'm only there because essentially I am like them, or at least Blaze is. I brush the thought of with a lot more ease than usual, and chuckle softly as she flops to the ground in a rather childlike manner. "And you, Spice" I respond with a smile. Still a tiny bit edgy, but oh so much more relaxed than I've been in a long time. Perhaps it was the swim, and the fact I'm away from all these terrible cats with one that's actually nice. Whatever it is, I really am enjoying it, and it aloows my muscles to finally relax a bit and my mind to ease at least in the slightest. For once, I hold my smile. "Why of course, I'd love to." A genuine, for once calm smile rewards the other's request, and as she seems hopeful for shitchat, I finally relax completely in the hopes that this cat might make a friend to add to my nonexistent list. I really shouldn't have relaxed, for in essence I relaxed my hold.
(Ever the party pooper...queue Blaze.) The second my hold releases, my eyes widen because oh how I know I wasn't attentive enough. Was this her aim? To fall down and down into the crevice until I relaxed my hold, ever the hopeful child, and she could pull herself out and shove me down in her place. Either way, I feel like I'm falling and falling in her place. All I can really think is 'Please don't hurt her' because this seems to be the first compatible Deathclanner in the whole darn lot. A smirk plays upon Blaze's lips as she allows the look of her golden form that's far too youthful for her, to relax its look of fear to one of amusement. Amusement and perhaps a little deviosity. Seeing as the child's face is no longer, well, childlike, one might suppose. Blaze found herself wondering how long it might take for the other to catch on. Giving her a little push, Blaze chuckles darkly and eyes the other feline with clear indifference. "So I guess my little pet isn't so scared of you, hmm?"
(Sort of thinking that if Spice sticks around, maybe she'll draw Soleil back to the surface? It'll depend if she even figures what's going on, that is. The only reason I stuffed her in so easy is because I need to give Sol a little jab, and I was going to have Blaze tucked back away before the end of the thread so we could get a possible friendship between Sol and Spice)

Spice shifted into a more or less proper upright position. As Sol did indeed wish to chat as well. First spices mind swam with glee. Thinking of a topic for there conversation she noticed a strange expression Sol began to wear. She seemed at war with her self. This didn't bother Spice but she was still a little confused. Before she had even started talking this feline before her changed. She was smirking... no longer cowering and defiantly lost all mannor of wanting to chat. "your little Pet?" She questioned. tensing a bit she tilted her head. "Sol?"
-I'd love for them to become friends even for her to be alrightish with Blaze here. Well I guess we will have to see.-

(Sorry for dying. Will die again for six days or more from tomorrow cause I'm going on yet another holiday.)
The other feline seems to realise that at least something is wrong. Probably because cats don't tend to go from scared to devilishly amused in the blink of an eye. Well, other than Solail and Blaze, in which it can also go vice versa as well. Blaze ignores the other's comment and chuckles darkly, positively humourless yet somehow still amused. Like she's laughing at her own joke, one that only she understands. Or perhaps she's laughing because only she understands. "You know, I've lost count of how many have been misfortunate enough to meet me..." She muses, eerily calm as she peers briefly at the water, seeing the her reflection is the absolute picture of innocence meeting evil. "Yet for some reason...I just don't feel like washing blood off my paws today." She turns her full attention back to the other feline, that smirk playing on her lips again almost characteristically.
Clearly, this feline just doesn't know what she's gotten herself into. Life isn't nearly so easy as many seem to think."Oh Hun, don't you get it yet? Soleil is gone."

With a quizzed expression she watched as the kind face of a potential friend changed to a rather uncharacteristic smirk. Tilting her head she thought to what this could mean. "Unfortunate might not be the case," she paused as blood was brought up "Well it would seem i'm in quite great luck then." she gave a slow understanding nod it wasn't since to see what was happening though of course it was a bit shocking. "Alright if Sol is gone, what do you want me to call you?"
