(So here's the deal people. This is an open thread, but I am calling @cloudheart363 to join in. Let's stick to just one other person.)
Storm walked along the edge of the canyons. She hadn't really settled down, but had come back every now and this. This was home if she ever had one. Her sisyer, Cloud, was the only family she had had left, and she didn't even know where Cloude was. She could have been dead for all Storm knew. She had made a maybe sometimes home out of the canyons, figuring out to dos and don'ts rather quickly. In the middle an eagle or a falcon could carry her away. To close to any rocks, sorry but a snakes killed you. There were many many more, but those were the main ones that concerned her at the moment. She lived in the caves and wandered by day and night until she came back. Though it was winter, the canyons were still warm and dry as ever. That's why she stayed all through leafbare. No change in prey or warmth. The cats in the area were bad too though. It seemed to her that she was the only one who wouldnt kill just for the sake of it, but over the moons of living alone, she had acctually become an excellent fighter. The cats around there also knew that, and didn't mess with her. She growled when one of them got near, though her gaze was down she could sense it, hearing them approach was easy, the rarely bothered to hide, and all cats had a scebt she could pick up on too. When they kept walking, not swerving as they ussually would do, she tilted her eyes up, though she didn't lift her head. It took her a moment for the shock to sink in, but when it did her head raised and her mouth gaped. "Cloud? Is that you?" she asked in a nearly inaudible voice before shaking it off. Surely it wasn't. She was much bigger than when she had last seen her, and Storm always seemed to keep the picture of younger Cloud in her mind. There was some of her natural warmth, the kind inwhich she would have in any place but these canyons, in her voice when she continued. "I'm sorry, you look like a cat I once knew." she said, snapping at a snake that slithered a bit to close. "What is your name?"
