Loki nodded and took a simgle step away from her, gazing down. "I see..." Then, his mind ventured away from the new cat, and to a more familiar topic. His face suddenly grew troubled. "Have you seen Thor as of late?" 57 lol its fine. When i disappear, i fall off the face of the earth © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Calista shook her head slowly. "I was acctually going to track him down before you, but I couldn't pick up any greasy traces of his scent. Do you think... do you think he left again?" she asked, a small sense of guilt dropping down on her once again. "Oh Loki, if he did leave it's all my fault! I can't believe I was so mean to him and now he's gone." she said, going against basically everything she had said about being an angel at heart in that single outburst.

Loki folded his ears back and his green eyes widened slightly. "I do believe it was both our faults. But there is nothing we can do about it. He is gone, and he may not return again." He lowered his eyes to the ground, before adding softly, "I wouldn't." 51 © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Calista knew he was trying to comfort her, but she wasn't. Loki's words had quite the opposite effect, enough so that knowing her limits she didn't force any of his guilt on her as she normally would. She owed the world that extra guilt, but for one of the few times in her life, she broke the law of the Angels. Nothing for Nothing. Everything has its price. A price she could still pay after all of this was over. A price she would pay by funding their brother and bringing him back. Yes. Her mind was set. This was how she could fix things. She would bring him back and then leave as she had with Launa and not turn back. It would remove so much suffering from their lives if she just... wasn't. If she wasn't in their lives, so many of their problems would be solved. She knew they were warriors, she knew they would put up with her, but she had learned to detect lies. She had learned to sense the feelings past the masks that most cats put on. She could tell that they we're going to break soon, and she couldn't be the reason for it happening. She would return to her love in Olympus. She had heard that the former king had fallen. Surely her ban was lifted. And in case it wasn't she would ask her sources, as she had them in every realm. She had three lost loves that she knew would happily take her back. But then there was Launa. After everything, she couldn't leave Launa forever.
Calista shook her head. "Yes you would, and he would too," she responded, feeling the agony that was previously on her face slip away into nothing. "Nothing for Nothing. You caused him to leave, I caused him to leave. That's even. He'll be back soon enough. No matter how many realms he traveled, I have eyes and ears in them all. No matter where in each realm he is, he isn't out of my informative circle. They'll give me reports. They'll give me reports and tell me of his progress. If he doesn't show any signs of getting over it... I'll go after him myself. I'll go through with the orrigional idea and he'll be back and you two will be happy." Gods. Just speaking the words, just sharing her plan, she felt it all coming back. She slipped into her old mindset so easily... it would be so easy just to let it be. Go back to the one who would keep the balance no matter what it took. The one who took a kings life because he wouldn't repay a past life debt. A life debt as she trained him. A life debt that would be on Cloudy's head too once he grew up. Cloudy. He thought she was her mother. If she let herself fall over that edge, some one would pay. Cloudy would pay.

Loki had nothing to say. He'd run out of words, and the pain in his heart was unbearable. This was his sister, his younger sister. They weren't blood related, they'd only known each other for their childhood, but still, it was his sister. He stepped forward and placed his head on the back of her neck, in an embrace that he'd only ever done with his mother when he was small. Her head hovered over his right shoulder, and he could feel the tension leave him, even if it only was for a moment. Loki took a step back once more and looked her in the eyes. Sadness could be found in the depths, there was no point in hiding now. "You can't leave." He said, quite softly. "You're the only one I have left. It may sound selfish, but most cats think that of me, anyway." 149 © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Calista blinked, completely taken a back. She considered for a moment before nodding quite numbly. "You always do that." she said in a hushed voice. "I'd like you to explain why. What logic is there in keeping me here? I'm a bad luck charm. I know I'm a bad luck charm so if you're sparing my feelings, you'll have to talk to the 13 others who bipassed that step. You say it's because I'm the only one you have left, but I'm not. You have Thor. You have a mother somewhere out there who may still be alive. You have hope. How can you still want me around? How do you care about a sibling who you don't know the sins of?"

"I'm not sure why I care," Loki started, unsure of his statements. "I hardly know you, I hardly know what you are, but Thor might never return, and that mother you speak of? Why would she care about me now, if she didn't then?" 46 © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Calista pursed her lips. "I see." she said, not even needing for it to be a concious thought of Loki's. "And that mother I speak of..." Cali hesitated, "That mother I speak of is alive and she does care. She did care." she said.

Loki's ears flattened to his head, as if he was angry, but his eyes were sad, betraying his actions. "How would you know that?" He asked, nearly distraught. 30 i neeeeed to see the movie © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Cali shook her head. "I just know. I can feel the power, the genetic match, whenever I leave misgaurd. Your mother is somewhere out there. And if I have learned anything in my lifetime it is that motherly love never dies. Even if I don't know who she is now, it doesn't matter. It's a bond that never dies." she told Loki.
I won't spoil it for you but I'm already making plots around it. SOOOOO much new material. template by Sammy @ Adox 2.0

Loki looked off into the distance, a sigh forming inside him. He didn't know what to say, he didn't know what to think, so he turbed to Calista. "I'm going to need time to think this over." It was simple, but still he waited for a reply. ### dont start them without me! :3 im already turning my threads toward that way, making it sound as if a plot is happening © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Cali nodded slowly. ”I don’t know where she is... but she is alive and she does care so... don’t give up that hope.” she responded before glancing up at the sun. ”I have to go now anyway. I bid you farewell until next time.”
Yep. Once you watch it we can plot together a little and then make a thread with Cloudy. template by Sammy @ Adox 2.0

Loki nodded, acknowledging her words. "Farewell, Cali," he meowed, before turning around and walking away, glancing over his shoulder once to see if she remained there. However, he believed he would know where to find her. 38 © to Vel

I've wasted time, I've wasted breath Cali nodded, but didn't wait for her brother to be out of sight as she ussually did. As soon as he turned away she had left, slipping off into the shadows and going back to where Cloudy was surely soon to wake up.
