She looked at him, her worry vanishing. “Because you might like someone else and—never mind. I'm sorry, I guess I feel insecure, considering that Cloudwing really likes you and stuff.” Dogpaw stammered, trying desperately to explain. The apprentice looked into his green eyes, and smiled, “I .. Like you.” He already knew that, but those were the only words to explain what she was thinking of right now. |

The brown feline smiled, purring softly. “I'm never going to leave you. The other toms .. They are nothing compared to you. Stoney, you are, and always will be, my crush.” She meowed with a glisten in her eyes. Dogpaw came close to him, putting her chin on his silver shoulder. |

Again, Dogpaw felt her pelt growing hot in embarrassment. Gosh, this was a new experience for her. She was excited, happy, and most of all, she wasn't lonesome. She felt like she was the world. I guess that's what a crush did to you .. The tabby pulled closer to Stonepaw, her pelt against his, “I'm glad I told Splashpaw ‘no’; he would never make me feel this way. I know I sound cheesey, but, it's true.” |

Stonepaw just smiled, "No you just fine Dogpaw. I am also glad you told that tom no, but I might just have gone for Cloudpaw if you left me." The tom made a funny evil grin.

The brown tabby looked up at him with an admirable smirk. How halarious, he was. Instantly, she remembered why she had become Stonepaw's friend in the first place. “Cloudpaw, eh? But she likes Beechpaw, so you'd be alone! Or ..” She trailed off with an evil smirk of her own, indicating that Stoney would be with Cloudwing. |

"Not really, if me and you never meet I would spend all my time with Cloudpaw and I would get to her before Beecheyes," The tom said with a smile seeing how he could get any she-cat he wanted.
