While in the warriors' den, Vaporcloud was rather bored by just listening to the storm. The only entertainment these days would have had to have been a rabbit falling into her paws. How unfortunate though, for the rabbit that is.
She grumbled to herself as she laid on her nest, lightly flicking her tail every now and then. -What in CloudClan is going to happen today?- She wondered, and flicked an ear while she waited for someone to "stumble" across her path.

Hawkspirit was very bored today and he hated that. He always wanted something to do or go on an adventure. Padding around the warriors den to find something to do, he came across his old mentor Vaporcloud. "Why, hello, Vapor! Nice to see you!" Hawk greeted with a smile.

Vaporcloud lifted her head with a smile, happy to see her friend. "Hello Hawksprit! It's nice to see you too." She said to him. "How's your day going?" Vaporcloud asked, trying to start up a conversation.

Cheetahfur padded into the den, her broken leg trailing behind her. "Oh, hi, vaporcloud!" she purred.

Vaporcloud smiled as she noticed another of her former apprentices coming into the den, but frowned. -What is this? Another broken legged cat? Is this some sort of joke? Cats go places and brake their legs then come back with them trailing behind.- She thought in disbelief. "Easy does it, and hello Cheetahfur." She teased gently.

Cheetahpaw purred and, sighing, flopped down and began to lick her leg. "It's harder than you think!" she protested softly. "It's not easy remembering your leg is broken!" she thought back to the time when she forgot her leg was broken and she attemped to jump up a tree.

Hawkspirit replied, "I've actually been pretty bored today, really." Before he was about to say something else, Cheetahfur padded up with a broken leg. "Hello, Cheetahfur!" he said with a smile. His smile faded as he saw her broken leg. "Cheetah, what happened to your leg?"

Vaporcloud listened to how Hawkspirit's day went understandingly, and looked over at Cheetahfur again, waiting to here her answer to Hawk's question.

"Oh, I was running after a rabbit, and it caught on a sharp root and it pulled be back. I fell back and knocked myself on a tree. It wrenched my leg or something badly." she meowed, licking her leg again.

Vaporcloud shook her head. "Needless to say, try and be more careful next time. Although you aren't the only one that's broken a leg in these past moons." She noted.

Cheetahfur ducked her head. "Not my problem!" she protested, amused. But then respect for her former mentor got the best of her. "I guess your right." she admitted.

Vaporcloud gave a firm nod, and was rather serious about the situation. Breaking a leg could mean the difference of being a warrior, or retiring early to the elders' den.

Cheetahfur lapped at her leg. "But Cinderpelt Forestbreak said it is almost healed!" she meowed.

Vaporcloud shook her head. "Whatever Ms. Forestbreak says, I believe her." She said to Cheetahfur.

"Sure. Because if my leg goes lame i'll...." her eyes glazed over with frustration and NO-MY-LEG-WILL-NEVER-GO-LAME-OR-ELSE-ILL-DIE attitudes.
