What do you think, Eiryl? she thought, directing her thoughts once again at the silver tabby kit. How about Diamondeyes, she hasn't had an apprentice yet came the reply. Diamondeyes hasn't had an apprentice yet, I'm going to be her first, hopefully she mewed happily, silently thanking Eiryl.
(Ya, Diamond is my other account, lol. I want to try out my own techniques and see if a cat like Ripple would like them. Plus, since I own Diamond and the type of cat she is she won't let Ripple give up and she'll take into consideration that she's blind.)

Cheetahfur nodded. "But Graypaw isn't my apprentice anymore!" she meowed, surprised. "He thought Greyshadow abondoned him so he automatically turned to me, but Greyshadow hasn't abondoned him!" she stopped and listened. "Yes, Hawkspirit. He's a nice one. " Then she sighed. "Oh, Hawkspirit... Why do you like Ebonyblaze? What's wrong with me?" she buried her nose in her paws. ### words written for name while listening to song Notes? Blah

"Hm?" She caught a sudden, odd whiff of happiness from Ripplekit, but dismissed it quickly. She turned to Cheetahfur after giving a breif nod to Ripplekit. "Do you like Hawkspirit? Does he like,,, Ebonyblaze?" She tried out the new name on her tongue. Not bad! "But..." She stumbled, trying to comprehend. Love was new to her. "But if he's so nice, then why doesn't he like you back? And... Ebonyblaze has a mate, right? I've heard cats talking, I mean..."

Ripplekit let out a gasp at Cheetahfur's sudden sadness about Hawkspirit. She rested her tail on the warrior's shoulder and sighed. I'm sure he likes you back, it must just be confusing, liking two she-cats in all, he must not know which one to choose she gave the warrior a stern look and tapper her tail on her shoulder, signaling her to raise her head. Its not the end of the world. You've got a great life as a warrior. You've got great friends. You don't see your sister moping around about not having a mate do you now? Yes you may see her slightly upset when it comes to the thought of Pigeon, but at least she tries no to show it and she commits to life as it is. I never thought I'd be saying this to a warrior, about their younger sister in general, but you should be looking up to your sister. She stopped, wondering how she knew so much about this stuff. For her toms were a waste of time, but...somehow she knew what it was like to loose what you once loved.

"Yeah," mewed Echokit, although she didn't truly understand it. Toms would be toms, right? She herself had not much experience with the lot, she had only ever spoken to Onekit who had never even replied to the posts, the bastard, and she didn't really understand the big whoop. But Cheetahfur was clearly unhappy, therefore so was Echokit.
"He'll come around. He'll, uh... well, I'm sure Ebonyblaze isn't nearly as pretty as you," she said encouragingly, flicking her golden tail.

Ripplekit gave an encouraging nod. Trust me, Cheetah. I know what its like to have something you love taken away from you. Trust me, even though I don't know what it was, I just do...somehow the kit, she just, well, speaks to me, I have a connection with her, I know how she feels and feel the same... she broke of, realizing how creepy she sounded, and that these cats didn't know Eiryl. Mouse-brain! she thought angrily, but her eyes still showed a comforting look. Yes, Ripplekit. Tell them about me, trust me it will come in handy... came Eiryl's urging voice. 'll tell them when the time is right... she whispered, unaware that the two she-cats beside her could hear what she said.

"Huh?" Echokit mewed, glancing at Ripplekit. "What kit? That's... you speak to her? How?" Hushing her voice, she added, "When is the time right?" hoping her friend wasn't crazier than a fox in a fit.

(Lol, then I accomplished my mission. Anyways, she can talk to Eiryl, the kit in the thread fire of fear. They can speak to each-other through their minds. Ya, Ripplekit can also read memories. So she needs Eiryl to come to Fireclan so she can see her past, and her own at that)
Ripplekit blinked confusedly at her friend before realizing what she had said. Mouse-dung! she muttered, anger sparking up but not showing. She turned calmly to her friend. I won't tell her yet she told Eiryl, careful not to speak aloud. You will know when the time is right, that time is not now she told her friend, her voice gentle and promising.

Echokit shook her head wondrously. "You know, you're only, what, three, four moons? I'm just waiting for Darkstar to officially announce my apprentice ceremony and you are already wiser than I ever will be." She nudged her friend companionably. "See, you don't need sight." She contemplated what Ripplekit had said before. She was clearly hiding something, but it didn't seem to be something dangerous, and she didn't want to push her only friend. She left it as was.

Ripplekit gave a nod. I may not be able to see with my eyes, but I can see with my mind she meowed simply, letting her voice drift off into a mysterious tone. She blinked up at the sky and felt a jolt of fear as one thing broke the darkness, she could see the stars once more. Explain what you mean, Eiryl. I don't understand why you allow me to see stars alone...

"Ripplekit, are you okay? You're doing that thing again..." Like you can see. But she daren't say it out loud, for fear that... what? It was true? That would be great, except her eyes were still glazed, except when she... looked up? Echokit shook her head. She'd been doing a lot of that lately. "Never mind. Uh... how do you see with your mind? Is it that kit you..." She trailed off, uncertain.

Ripplekit blinked, expecting the stars to disappear, but they didn't. She looked down at her friend, everything was black, she looked at the stars, they shone brightly in the sky. How dark is it?(lol, its like not dark at all lol, you guyz can see like, perfectly, she is just a spazz) she asked cautiously, hoping she didn't sound to strange. She closed her eyes, counted to her the seasons she had lived before opening them again, she saw a flash of black fur then a flash of silver tabby fur then the stars disappeared.

A yowl broke off across the clearing. Echokit's eyes widened and she sprang off, calling over her shoulder, "I hae to go! Bye Ripplekit! I'll miss you!"
(Yeah, that's the best I got. It's my apprentice ceremony! I don't like just leaving off in threads, 'Sorry, I'm an apprentice now.' I feel like I'm letting down my hopeful-writer career by doing this Wait, how? Never mind...)
