The silver tabby shecat padded towards the warriors den. Not to long and she'll be a full warrior! She was so excited. She wondered who she would meet!

Redfern raised her head at the arrival of a stranger. Not a warrior she recognized. Cocking her head, the red tabby smiled at the she-cat. "Hello there, I don't believe I've met you before."

She looked up. "Oh hi. I'm. Kestrelpaw. I was just looking around the warriors den. I'm soon to be a warrior myself in a few days." She moewed dipping her head in greetings

"Nearly a warrior, eh?" Redfern chuckled with a welcoming flick of her tail. That was good, perhaps she would be lonely so often. "Well welcome, Kestrelpaw. I'll be sure to cheer at your ceremony. My name is Redfern."

She smiled. "It's nice to meet you Redfern." She replied giving the older warrior a respectful nod. "You by chance don't happen to know a Onyxclaw do you?" She asked curiously.

Redfern straightened at the mention of the black tom. She'd met him a week or so past, if her memory served her. "I know him, yes. We're something of friends, I suppose. Why do you ask?"

Redfern sighed and nodded. "Yes well cats tend to disappear around here at about that time. I'm sure he's fine." She attempted to reassure her with a smile.
