Naturepaw nodded. She had heard that; however, she'd forgotten the kit's name. She hoped that no more wars would come around any time soon. She didn't feel ready to fight, now or ever. Even though at the time it seemed like it might be fun, Naturepaw began to slowly realize how awful wars could be. Now it was something she wanted to avoid, if possible. But if her clan needed her, she would be there for her clan and all cats in it. "Did they ever release the kit?" she asked, wondering whether or not the kit was now safe.

Naturepaw smiled with relief. "Good. I can't imagine what it'd be like to be captured by a bunch of strangers that want to defeat your clan," she replied.

Naturepaw giggled and shook her head at the sight of him. "You know what? I'd probably be right there beside you, buddy," she replied with a laugh. She could see it now: the Mighty Shiverwind and the Brave Naturepaw facing Rock Clan together as they fought their way home. The thought just made her laugh harder.

Naturepaw laughed. "You're probably right. You probably wouldn't have as much of a problem since you're bigger than me. But you'd probably have to drag me out of the snow!" she replied. Even thought Nature had done some rock climbing with her mentor Thornfrost, she'd never really trudged through snow before.

"Yeah, but we'd just fight them off again," Naturepaw replied confidently. "I doubt Rock Clan could keep fighters like us locked away for long."

A mischievous grin spread across Naturepaw's face. "That's right! We can climb! Would you like to test your climbing skills against me, the best climber in all of Ice Clan?" she challenged dramatically. Climbing was one of her best skills and one of her favorite things to do. She thought it'd be fun to challenge Shiverwind to a climbing race.

"Oh, come on. It'll be fun! And you're not too big. Haven't you ever seen Thornfrost climb? He's about as big as you and he's a great climber!" Naturepaw replied, trying to encourage Shiverwind.

Naturepaw grinned. "Great! Let's go!" she replied excitedly. Her tail flicked back and forth in excitement as she trotted off, looking for some good cliffs on the mountainside to climb. Nature glanced behind her every now and then to make sure Shiverwind was following. After a minute or two, Nature found a nicely-sized cliff, not too tall and not too small. A waterfall glistened on the other side of the cliff and Naturepaw realized that this was the same cliff that she and Thornfrost, her mentor, climbed...the same cliff where she learned how to climb. "How's this, Shiverwind?" she asked, making sure it was alright with him.
