Anyone want to play?

[Willowfall]

The young tortoiseshell she-kit bounced around the nursery, playing with a moss ball she found in the corner. She mewed "Does anyone want to play with me?" Flicking her tail with joy, she pawed more at the moss ball, waiting for another kit.

Dawnkit pads up to the older tortoiseshell she-cat, "Hi I'm dawnkit," she says while flicking her tail, "Wanna play? I have nothing to do anyway."

[Willowfall]

Sure, we can play! We can pretend to be warriors and the moss can be the prey! You go first. :the kit mewed excitedly:

"OK," she mews as she go's into a hunters crouch and pounces at the moss "Down with the moss!" She yowls.

[Willowfall]

"My turn!" She dropped into a hunter's crouch, than pouncing on it. "Be gone, mouse brain! No prey can escape me!"

"Hey willowkit when are you being made an apprentice?" She mews as she goes to pounce on the moss again.

[Willowfall]

"I'm not too sure, but I hope it is soon. Guess what? We are from the same mum!" The kit needed excitedly. "That means we are sisters, so we might be able to train together!"

[Sagekit]

A small tortoiseshell kit had asked if anyone wanted to play. Sagekit opened her mouth to reply, but another kit beat her to it. Sinking back into her bed of moss, she watched the two pounce on the moss, pretending to hunt for prey, not wanting to interrupt their conversation. After a few moments, Sagekit started feeling impatient so she stood up and gave her chest fur a quick lick before padding towards the two kits. "May I join your game?" the light grey kit asked, eyeing the moss.

Dawnkit eyes the Grey she-cat, "Sure, you
can play," she mews

[Willowfall]

"Yeah, you are welcome to play!" Willowkit mewed excitedly. "We can pretend we are on a hunting patrol!" She mewed, lashing her tail back and forth, pretending to sniff for prey.

[Sagekit]

A hunting patrol? That sounds nice. Sagekit thought, while watching Willowkit pretend to sniff for prey. So you just lower your head and sniff? Or maybe do the pouncing thing every once in a while. Sagekit lowered her head and started sniffing at the moss. After a few moments, she dropped into a hunting crouch (which an apprentice could point at least five flaws in) and pounced on a ball of moss. Sagekit bit the mossball and carried it to a small spot. "Let's put all our fresh-kill here!" Sagekit exclaimed.

"By the way, guys, if you could choose your warrior name, what would it be?" Sagekit heard Dawnkit ask. 

Sagekit paused a moment to think. Sageheart? No, too common. Sageleaf? Sounds like a name for medicine cats. Sagepelt? Ewww, no. Sageclaw? Has a nice ring to it; the small grey kit thought. "Sageclaw, maybe." Sagekit mewed to Dawnkit.

"Awesome, I'd chose dawnbrair," she meowed as she starts sniffing. "Found something," she said as she pulled out the dead mouse in the bushes. "It looks like crowfood."

[Willowfall]

"Yuck! Anyway, I would probably choose the name Willowpelt." The kit mewed with her nose crinkled up. "You should get rid of that crowfood, it smells terrible",

[Silverpaw]

Silverkit padded in. She saw the other kits playing, and wondered if she should go over and play with them even though she was older. Silverkit meowed "Hi" and sat down looking at her paws.

[Willowfall]

"Hi there" mewed Willowkit. "Hey, can you teach us some hunting moves?" The kit mewed excitedly, looking at Silverkit.
