APRIL 2015 GATHERING

[Grayshade]

"Oh, that sucks," Grayshade, feeling sympathetic. "Vixenpaw was really upset because we'd have to wait to have her warrior ceremony, but it won't be too long now," she mewed. "I mean, Spiderstar gets it."

"Really? That's so cool! So you must have known about all the herbs and treatments and stuff since you were little." She smiled, then laughed a little at his next statement. "An accurate phrase," she said, overexaggerating the words.

[Robinstar]

whoops, didn't realize the gathering had started - just pretend robin came back lol

"Gotta go," he said to Snap, before moving away. "See you later. It was nice meeting you, Silverwhisker," and with that he hopped back onto the branch, nodding at Cloverstar. "I, ah, apologize," he grunted. "I had to attend to some… unfinished business," he murmured, sitting up straight as Spiderstar began giving his speech. Darkstar's inquiry he found a bit odd.

"Dead? No, I don't believe so," he said in a flat pan voice, tilting his head slightly. He sat still after that, waiting nervously when the time would come for his announcement. 

[Earthblossom]

The tabby flinched. "I-I-I'm sorry.... I-I-I-I didn't know you were of TreeClan." The huge apprentice murmered, her ears tucked back with pure embarassment and her eyes clouded with anger at herself. "Sorry." She added before racing to the very edge of the clearing, nearly leaving but then restraining herself. She slunk to the floor, curled her thin tail over her back paws and buried her head directly in the middle of her front paws, on the dusty ground.

[Crowwing]

"I completely understand Vixenpaw's standing on this," he mewed, remembering how impatient Foxpaw was to resume training.

He chuckled in remark to Grayshade's comment, dipping his head in Robinfrost's direction. 'So Wildstar's still not here, huh.' There was many occasions where the tom wanted to ask an Iceclanner about their leader, but he would have fell out of line. Wildstar was Iceclan's leader after all.

"A bit fascinating, isn't it? Ending up where we were now."

[Grayshade]

"Same," Grayshade said with a laugh. She followed Crowwing's gaze to the empty rock beside the IceClan deputy. "Wildstar a no-show again?" she asked softly. She'd never seen the cat, only heard of her. "Oh, well. I suppose sometimes--" She cut off the thought. She didn't really know what she meant, anyway.

"Right?" she asked, turning to Crowwing at his next remark. "I mean, when I was a kit, I was sure I was going to be a warrior! I thought the leader was going to be my mentor and everything was just going to go all fine and dandy. I don't know. I was a crazy kit." She sighed, remembering. "But, I don't know... This just feels right. Like, I'd just feel like I was wasting my time if I went on patrols and stuff."

[Foxclaw]

Foxpaw looked over at speck good thing he was socializing.

[Speckheart]

"Oh!" Speckpaw blinked and looked up at Softpaw. "I'm fr-from Fireclan too. I h-h-haven't seen you before, th-though. Who is your m-mentor? Mine's Crowwing."

"Who was with you, I wonder where it went." Bluepaw said. She wanted to be like her to be brave enough to face those dangers, but the apprentice wasn't that good of a fighter. But she would die protecting her clan if she needed to.

" my mentors blackthorn. are you a medicine cat?" She asked, finding it neat that she met someone else from her clan. Turns out fireclan was huge

Foxpaw trotted over to his brother"hey speck hi softpaw" he said paw with a smile remembering her ceremony" isn't this awesome" he purred

" it's cool I guess, nerve wracking is the best decription for this, I think" softpaw said her gaze flicking over foxpaw and speckpaw " are you guys siblings?" She asked

"yup !" Foxpaw said nudging speckpaw. " I'm a tad older though"

( congrats)" cool, must be awesome to have a sibling to count on. I know all silverwhiskers kits are my siblings, but that's not the same" softpaw said, a tad of loneliness in her mew

"being a apprentice you will make a lot of friends even ones that aren't your kin." He said his voice sounding sad " I wish firepaw was here.

" is forepaw your sister"? Softpaw asked, then noticing the sadness in his gaze, she quickly became alarmed and asked " is she hurt?" Concern shining in her gaze.
