I'm planning to make an adoptable shop focusing on unnatural wolves. Currently, I have one stage finished, with others coming along in the way (it just depends on how dedicated I am to this project and how much people I think would be interested in this project).
So if there's anything that you'd like to see incorporated (other poses, species, concepts, etc), let me know and I will color you a pet for the shop, or I can draw you one of your VWW characters! Every critique/suggestion is helpful, for I have always wanted to have a successful adoptable site!<3

Oh my... These are amazing! Even though I have no idea how an adoptable shop works, I think it'll be interesting and active. Maybe, if you could, you could personalise the animal? Like draw it according to the personality of the person or something. Still, they're amazing without any changes!
Edit: A quick Google search has enlightened me...

Frostpaw: thank you for your feedback! I'm planning to add some eye variations and smirks to bring some personality to these fellas and potentially have body edits where they might have a cat's tail or wings or something so that each is roughly different with the same base applied. c:
would you like a custom pet from my shop, or a drawing of one of your characters?

my hands, they're strong but my knees were far too weak  too stand in your arms, without falling to your feet Hello! I love you're work, they're amazing! I would love to see some different poses and emotions maybe? Loving coats though. And the eyes, are lovely, I especially the blue and red coloured ones. How does this shop thing work? @tagtagtag |

@nyara : Yes! The previews I currently have are only of one stage that I have finished. I have others that I have sketched, but with finals coming up, I'd rather wait to work on those poses.
What I'm thinking for the shop is that it will be hosted on another site (maybe proboards or gaia or deviantart) to start off with, and then once these fellas get enough publicity, then I might purchase a custom domain for a website (like chickensmoothie). You'd be able to adopt a premade pet or request to have a custom made (via real money or the site's "play money"). I'm planning to have clothes offered later on and breeding (so you can have babies with two adoptables).
Cinderpaw : I'm considering claws, though I'm not yet sure! if you want, I can try to help you with your "skills," but I keep changing my style, soo. . . thanks for your kind words though!<3

And then I edite the tail to make it look more cat-like and then changed the eyes to give a "personality," though I'm still working on the second's hair.

Oooo~! These are absolutely lovely, Crow! I love the idea of "breeding" two wolves and getting a little bby <3 and they are so cute and fluffy! Like everyone has said, different expressions are always a charm, and maybe there could be different types of little things too... like tiny horns, or maybe giant ones. Could have ridged spikes going down the back, maybe if you wanted to get chaotic, turn a few half robot ^-^ Or.... gaaah, you could just go insane designing these little guys! Cyclops eye, dragon or bird wings, maybe make different sets based upon the holidays? Crooww, you're so lucky you can draw so good and have the talent to make these things possible!! <3 if I had money, I'd buy a dozen of these just for the heck of it. You can even make a few changes to turn them cat-like and have a feline/canine shop. Ooooo a dragon chibi shop~!

@nyara :nope! it's free whether you choose to have an adopatble or drawing of your character as an incentive to post in here (also because I really want to start being artistic again). so if there's a concept for your adoptable, just let me know, or you can give me the information of how one of you VWW characters looks like. c:
Pinyondapple : eee thanks! I was thinking about each breeding resulting with three to six pups (though it'll most likely be a paid thing, but I'm planning to have a bunch of free breeding opportunities).<3 Horns and wings sound fun, although I'm iffy about a cyclops eye due to that making it look less compatible with the rest, but I'm willing to give a "third eye" marking or blacking out their eyes if necessary! who knows? I might be willing to do the half robot idea for a potential event. cx

She's a white kitty with black ringed tail, black tabby markings on legs and face, as well as very faded ocicat spots on her back. In other words This and This for her eyes. I hope this is easy enough to follow. Can't wait to see more, I wish I could draw so well! @tagtagtag |

I think the shading with no border is best, so long as they're put against a light enough background. They look good against the black, but it might be overall easier. c:
If you're free and not too busy, I'd absolutely love one. One of my OCs is a little deer cat/wolf. Honestly I'd be happy for her to be drawn as either species. I'm actually completely happy and excited for you to do whatever you like with that. She's a light brown base with a few white spots on her rump/back and back legs. Her eyes are green and ringed in white. However, other than the eye rings, I'd be totally cool with you changing or doing whatever you wanted with her design. I absolutely love everything you've posted so far, especially that blue shaded cat! So long as she 'deer' based, I'd be thrilled to see how you'd interpret that in your adoptable style.
On another note, if you are considering adding little extra things for prices and such, which is actually a cool idea. If it's possible I'd like for her to have deer antlers. If not, then that's totally cool.
Do you have any name ideas so far for the species or website?

@nyara : here's Nyara! let me know if there's anything that you'd like changed, but I did change the shading to gray instead of the red I have to make her fur look more white/gray.
Oceanstar : yeah, I'm highly siding with the shading with border too, now that the border makes them look more "sticker-like".
I haven't drawn deer in forever, but here's a flat color version that I just made from the wolf style so that they match. Is her design alright? Once you confirm, then I will shade her in, and I'm also planning to color her as a wolf too 'cause I absolutely love natural stuff.<3 or what in general is a deer cat? is it a mix of the two species? o:
for the site, I was thinking about Mambu Haramu (forbidden elements in Swahili), but I think I need to seriously change it. I don't have an idea for the species yet, though with the deer, I'm considering making it no longer just of chibi-ish wolf-like creatures. if you have any ideas, just let me know!

Oh, yay! I'd love that, I can't wait to see all your lovely little kitties! And anything else you can draw <3 Can you do other animals too? Eg, dragons, horses(horse fanatic, lol), cows, rabbits, deer etc? Though I love these, wolves and horses are my absolute favourite animals, closely seconded by cats and birds. PS: I play Nyara if you didn't realise Aster here is my main(and first VWW) account so yah, go Asty! |
