(lel, noisy teenagers. xD )
Finchpaw really was annoyed by all the noise that could seem to come from the apprentice's den. Really, sometimes it was just too much, and it was hard to think, let alone observe much among chaos. She had retreated into her nest that was barricaded by walls of moss and other plants midday, almost wishing training would come for her to let her refocus her mind in other ways, along with the mentor that was starting to make a more pleasant impression as well as respect. But, she had not been so fortunate that day. It seemed to have calm down now, though, now that it was beginning to be nighttime. She watched the aftermath from her observing corner at first with wide eyes, then eventually emerged from her mossy observing corner of the den. She looked around, and without a word or sigh, she began picking up the clumps of moss lying about, and any other plants fragments tat contributed to the moss around the den.
This also was a usual routine, for often she had to straighten the den after messes, it was just her way now. She doubted that other cats noticed, or cared, but that was the point of her small assistances to the den, they might not be noticed or cared about, but they made the atmosphere more pleasant for everyone. As she was doing her duties and continuously cleaning up, she heard an apprentice enter the den. She didn't look up, but listened carefully to the pawsteps and grumbled sounds as the apprentice slid into their nest. It was Leopardpaw, she guessed, one of the more older apprentices, yet still younger then her. She saw that one around, and had noticed some information about her, but other then that the apprentice didn't seem that interesting really, rather just the usual bland cat that she couldn't understand that well.
Finchpaw continued picking up clumps of moss on the ground, now quite a bit little bits stuck in her teeth, but it didn't matter since now she had a more bigger clump of moss in her mouth. She spat it out onto the pile she had made, then continued to pick up the stuff, soon passing by Leopardpaw's nest. She flicked her tail steadily while she worked, a soothing motion to do while she did so, until her tail touched something. She turned to look with wide eyes, and she realized that she had flicked her tail towards Leopardpaw. She froze for a second, then turned away, and stared at the ground. "Sorry." She let out from among the moss she had clutched in her jaws again in a mumble.
